"The property clean, the staff was helpful and the room was good. This is a old property so it has charm but it also has quirks. The parking in the back is small but adequate. The breakfast was basic but decent. Overall it was a decent stay at a low price. It's right downtown so there is the feel of security but the location is great if you like to be close to the action. It was also only 5 minutes from U of S which is why I was there."

"It was my second time staying here. Last time , I got a basement room, and it was a bit dingy. The room needed a fresh coat of paint. This time, I was on the main floor in a freshly renovated room. The bathroom was always clean. Given the price, I would recommend this place to any budget traveller. "

"We booked a room with queen size beds however our room only had one double bed. When asked front staff regarding bed size she stated our bed was a queen and it was the same size as all beds in all the rooms. When I restated the bed was in fact only a double size she appeared unconcerned and no effort was offered to check it out or ensure we got the room size we booked. The room was very small and only suited to one person- not two persons with multiple travel luggage. The cramped room had one...

"Hotel is very run down and dirty. They swap the sheets (not necessarily with clean ones) and sweep the floor in between guests. I don't think the floors have every been properly cleaned. Everything was slightly sticky. The "buffet breakfast" does not exist. They do not even have space to set one up if they intended to. I have included a photo of what they provided in lieu of a buffet. Do not book this hotel. The pipes were clanging all night. The curtain was so thin I literally made eye contact...

"Genuinely the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever laid eyes on. Stained bedding, hair in the towels, burn marks on the furniture, garbages not emptied. When I tried to complain the front desk guy got an attitude about it. Would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Disgusting- the photos are just small glimpses of how gross it is. Should’ve taken so many more."
