We have had so much support on this trip, starting from a drive from Halong Bay to Royal Palace Hotel and back again. The communication was fantastic. We were warmly greeted by Sullie with tea and cookies. We were informed of all the tour places that were close. When we got into our rooms they were beautiful, clean and cool. All the amenities you could ask for,
