Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht; diverse Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in Laufnähe. Check-in und Check-out routiniert einfach bei Limehome! Einziges Manko ist der fehlende Lift, das ist in der 5. Etage mit viel Gepäck etwas müßig - aber hält fit!"

Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst haben: 1)Es gab kein sichtbares WLAN oder Passwort – ich musste erst Kontakt mit der Firma aufnehmen. 2) Der Seifenspender war kaputt, und in der Küche fehlten Tücher zum Abwischen. 3) Die Haustür lässt sich nur mit dem Schlüssel abschließen. "Its a terrific studio apartment. Large, nicely decorated, full size kitchen and bathroom. It faces the courtyard, so it is quiet. All of the procedures and rules for using the apartment are well documented and the owners communicate well. It's a short walk to a good U-Bahn stop."

"I stayed for 5 nights, with wife and 2 kids. The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all) "
