"Great location. Small room in one of the historical buildings of Savannah. Exactly what I expected for a great price. Found out when leaving that there’s a process to have the room temperature adjusted after I melted throughout the night."

"Over priced. Has beautiful grounds but too crowded. Pay all that money and you can't even get a chair by the pool. Inside it is dark and uncomfortable. Great location by Forsythe Park. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Everybody at this property was so incredibly friendly. It was clean all the time and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was good. Nothing special but it fills your belly. But I can’t get over how friendly everyone was. If we were ever in Savannah again, we will most certainly stay here. "

"We had a hard time checking in. The code they gave us did not work. We contacted them and they gave us a different code….that also didn’t work. The cleaning staff was there and saw that we were having trouble, so they helped us contact the property manager, which was very nice of them as they didn’t have to. After 30 minutes of trying to get in our room while trying to not piss my pants, I was finally given an “emergency code” that let us in the room. Between that bad check in experience, and...

"Great spot located downtown Savannah. The only thing I would change is the pool. It’s kind of plain, but has an insane view. I hardly spend time at the hotels when I stay but I would stay here again if they were available "

"We got upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom loft suite and it’s superb!! The baristas at lil James were amazing!! Highly recommend and will stay again!!"

"Great location with view of river and walkable to all the sights you’d want to see in Savannah. The rooms were amazingly decorated with beautiful fabrics and materials. Staff were wonderful! And great rooftop bar to finish the night!"

"The check-in staff was very professional and the room was very neat. The only problem was that the cover for the 4 outlook box was missing exposing the wires inside. Also, the flush handle on the toilet did always not operate properly. "
