"I had booked three double classic non smoking rooms for six family members. Although the reservation was confirmed by Hotels.Com and e mail to this effect was received by me, on reaching the houseboat, the reserved accommodation was denied to us. The houseboat owner refused to accept that the reservation made by me was for three double classic rooms even after showing the confirmation email from Hotels. Com. He continued to insist that the reservation made by me was for three studio rooms...

"This hotel service is very bad, During power outage , this hotel dont have any back up. All the corridors are as dark like night. Bathroom was dirty , there is water leakage in the pan. Very disgusting. We got this type of delux room but changed to some normal room. In that room no LCD tv was there. Room smells like some one smoked recently and floor was not clean at all .We called the person and get it cleaned again. In our package breakfast was included but they did not inform or asked."
