Spacious and Clean
We arrived after mid-night after plane delay, it was poring rain, and the all the lights was off (probably to save power?) When we approach the main door, making lots of noises, then entrance then lights up. The Bell Boy quickly rushed to out assistance and took our luggages out of the taxi to reception area. We didn't realise that out backpack was still in the taxi. Fortunately 5min after we checked, the taxi Drive return our backpack, the value contents were intact.

Good stay
The hotel is near to Dragon Bridge which is within walking distance and was really convenient for us to walk there for the night show at night. There are a wide varieties of cafes around that area too. As for the hotel, the room we stayed was clean and comfortable with 3 single beds. A buffet style breakfast with a wide range of food was provided.

Disappointing
Check in staff was unfriendly and hardly speak. Hotel room very basic, bed hard and small. The most disappointing experience is when we check out and requested transport to Bana hills, the staff insisted we have to hire private car. We didn't have enough Vietnam dong, so paid in USD, the staff refused to use the current exchange rate. We ended up paying more. Halfway to Bana the driver stopped at a small shop and insisted we have to buy the cable car tickets there and we paid more based on their unreasonable exchange rate. Seems like the hotel staff and driver are in cahoots.

Nice hotel that met our expectations.
Arrived by air after twenty hours of travel. Hotel was close to the airport and taxi ride was very inexpensive. Quick check in and nice room.

One step up from a backpacker hotel
Really small rooms. Not what we expected based on the hotel reviews, so was very disappointed. The air-conditioner was very load, so is the hallway so you can hear everything that goes on...we got very little sleep. It is a bit of a walk to all the shopping and activities. I wouldn't book this hotel again, rather look at hotels closer to the river where the heart of the city is. At breakfast you could tell it was for where large group tours and local business people booked into. Not a very good breakfast spread either.

White Snow hotel located in the heart of Da Nang
I highly recommend this hotel. Located in the heart of the city of Da Nang and about 5-10 minutes drive to the My Khe beach.

Pleasant Hotel
Hotel is clean and lives up to the standard of a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is good. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy walk to the famous bridge and Cham sculpture museum. The bathroom is of good size, and the shower is comfortably strong. Overall, we are happy with our stay.

Great hotel near the airport
This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. We only stayed one night before our early morning flight, but we were impressed by the quality of the rooms and the amazing view. It is very close to the dragon bridge and the Cham museum, and the airport is 5 minutes away by taxi.

This hotel was okay. Nothing amazing. The pictures are nicer than the actual room. When we got there one of the bathroom light bulbs were brunt out. A piece in the corner wall fall off when my partner shut the closet door. Had to tell reception they fixed it pretty fast. The hotel service kind of sucked. One of the days we got back to the room late around 7pm and our room wasnt made. We had no soap to shower with. The reception said they were busy and delayed in cleaning our room and wouldnt be that day... Best part of the room was the view and the wifi.

Breakfast coffee was cold (usual in Vietnam) and first day no bread at 8.30.a.m.Phone in room did not work for overseas calls, neither did one in reception.Receptionist did not understand much English-unable to help.

Very good price. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and quick response. Delicious breakfast, Asian style. Walking distance to the Dragon bridge and Han river. A little disappointed bc the new construction building block the view of the Dragon bridge.

Nice new hotel close to the airport and city
Had a great time in Da Nang. This hotel is very new, and therefore nice and clean with good facilities. The free breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food but was cold by the time we ate (towards the end of the breakfast time) so I would recommend you wake up earlier than we did! The hotel has hot showers, however only about 5 minutes worth before they start to run cold The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a taxi to take us to Hoi An for a day trip, and also arranged our laundry. Unfortunately because of the rain our laundry was late and still damp when we received it. The bed was firm but reasonable, and we had a corner room with a great view of the dragon bridge. We were on the 9th floor I think.

The hotel is located near a lot of bars and restaurants. However, there are not many shops around this hotel but you can take a taxi for only a few minutes. The staff at this hotel are very nice and helpful. Overall, the stay was better than expected!

Great choice for Da Nang hotel.
Very helpful staff. Especially the porter who went out of his way to make sure our room was comfortable, even going out to purchase a desk lamp. Very convenient to the airport, pleasant walk to the Dragon Bridge, and lots of good places to eat in the area.

New hotel with cheap rates but beware
The hotel is good value for money. It's newly built, shining and clean. The location might be a bit odd for some people as it is away from the beach. But it has nice view of the city, river, and dragon beach. We booked deluxe room but on arrival we were given key of a superior room. I told that we had booked a deluxe room, and the receptionist called manager. I overheard the phone conversation in Vietnamese, and I found out that this was intentional and the manager was asking the receptionist to somehow convince us to stay in that room. But I argued and said a strict no and finally they gave us a deluxe room. Secondly, their posting on Hotel.com says that deluxe room has a bath tub, but actually the room they gave us didn't have any bath tub. I felt cheated, but didn't argue again. Overall it's a cheap and new hotel and that's it.

Location, Service and Value
It's located at a very convenient location near the Dragon Bridge. We use Da Nang as a hub to Hoi An and other places. FYI, Da Nang as a city doesn't have much to offer but it's centrally located if you are planning to visit Ba Na Hill and Lady Buddha and Hoi An. Next time, we would prefer to say in Hue or Hoi An and take tours to other attractions.

It was a good location, short walk to the river and the museum, restaurants and shopping. The receptionists were great, tried very hard with little English, the bell hops were friendly and one was responsible for hiring me the motor bike for 150,000 dong per day, and he was the only one who had any English. The room was quite immaculate, its all new and everything works, so comfortable and quiet up on the 7th floor. Quite a spread for breakfast. Few westerners around, a great town to watch Vietnamese life.

Only stayed one night, had early flight so did not eat the breakfast. Room over looked street out front, street noise not much of a problem (while it says river view for some rooms, I believe they no longer have that view due to other buildings). Room is comfortable enough and very clean, although chairs probably could use a back cushion if seating in them for any amount of time. Staff very pleasant, and helpful. Contrary to some reviewers their English is good enough to communicate with if you use small words (short sentences) and listen carefully. They will appreciate it, as it gives them a chance to practice and learn more. Try taking a few minutes to chat with them and other locals, many are happy to improve their language skills and you can learn more about the area. Asked the girls at the desk to call me a cab to go to museum, they told me it was a short walk. I thought it was farther, so they showed me the location on a map. Museum is straight down the street right before Dragon bridge. Nice stroll past several restaurants, no harassing hawkers like in some areas. When I checked out in the morning, they had a taxi waiting on me before I walked out the door.

This hotel and room were clean and had good presentation. Staff were polite but couldn't help us with a simple task of what to do. This may be down to the fact there isn't much to do in da nang. The breakfast wasn't amazing but there was an egg station and Vietnamese choice foods. It was 5 minute drive from the airport. Overall a nice hotel, nothing to shout about

We will like to commend the hotel for the excellent service extended to us, especially from the lady receptionist, during our 2 nights stay in this hotel. Due to Typhoon Haiyan, Danang Airport was closed on 10 Nov. We had to scrambled to get an early flight out of Danang to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight. The lady receptionist got out of her way to assist us. Though she was alone at the reception that evening, she was ever ready to help us, with a smile on her face all the time. She even helped us to trace the taxi-man who over charged us. The taxi-man had refunded us. What a gem she is! Typhoon Haiyan might have interrupted our schedule, the greedy taxi-man could have left us a bad impression of Danang, but the excellent service of this lady has made us (the 1st time visitors to Danang) intending to revisit Danang, and stay in this hotel again! Thank you Miss Lien! By the way, we have no complaint about the breakfast. The spread was good! The staffs in the restaurant are very friendly.

We stayed here because we had an early flight , it was ideal close to excellent restaurants, the room was small but adequate, shower and air con were especially good along with wifi,didn't get get the breakfast as we left too early. Would definitely recommend it as a short stay hotel

New hotel with English TV channels
Staff told me WSH opened in 2013 May. So it look very new. Air-condition working well and they have CNN, CNBC, HBO, NatGeo and a few more English Channels. Breakfast at Level 2 was ok, simple salad, Vietnamese loaf of bread, dessert, 4 warm dishes including pho in soup, fried rice, sunny side up egg etc. This hotel is along a major road near to the airport. Its about 1km walk to the BIG C supermarket. And about 1.5km stroll to Bach Dang (Han River's waterfront) at night to see LED light up bridges (Cau Rong & Cau Song Han). There are many pubs and restaurants along Bach Dang (between Bridge Rong & Bridge Song Han). I enjoyed staying in this hotel as it was easy for my business associate to pick me up.

夜12時に行ったらドアが閉まっており、電気が消え、誰もいなかった。インターホンを押しても誰も出てこず、チェックインもできなった。次の日の朝ホテルにいったら、部屋の鍵を渡され、部屋に入り、朝食だけ食べた。部屋の雰囲気はよかったが、もう行きません。
