I was bitten by a bed bug prior to my first night in the room on the ground floor. Found a bed bug on my pillow. Brought it to the receptionist, he was kind enough to upgrade my room and changed my room, also did apologised for the inconvenience caused. However, it’d definitely be better if there isn’t any bed bugs at all.

Beautiful heritage building, but problems
A beautifully renovated/repurposed UNESCO heritage building located in the heart of historic old town. Lovely, friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Modest breakfast buffet but no other meals served. Major, possibly fatal flaw is a severe infestation of bedbugs both in my original highest priced superior room and in the second room I was moved to on another floor. When I left early for another hotel, Vinh Hung paid for a taxi but would not issue a refund for the remaining prepaid night.

Nice, but not great 🐱‍🐉
Vinh Hung has multiple properties in Hoi An. We stayed in the Old town at VH Heritage. It's beautiful, but age means many quirks for instance no shoes up to guest rooms (minor thing), the floors creak with every step, bath tub not shower. The staff were all pleasant, but unable to accomodate later check out or allow staff dinner on day of check out (and didn't even offer that for first night we arrived). We did walk over to VH RIverside to swim - really nice pool and more modern facility.

This was a unique hotel in a great location. Excellent position for shopping and sight seeing. But the location has its disadvantages. It is particularly noisy early in the morning from around 5am and again after 9.30 at night. This is when the street is open to bikes and the odd rubbish truck. Also there is no sound deadening in the upstairs rooms so everything in the kitchen and lobby entrance comes through around 6am onwards. And there is no swimming pool. But if you want heritage and olde worlde feel, then this is a must. But not for me.

Incredible place / Incredible location
Incredibly beautiful place in the heart of old town. Lots of free amenities and wonderful staff. As mentioned by others the bathtub does not have a stand up shower but rather a shower nozzle that extends from the tub. Because of this you have to sit or squat in the tub which I didn't mind but others might if they have mobility issues.

A little place with so much history
We had a lovely 4 night stay in September. Downstairs back room was quite dark as there were no windows and would ask for an upstairs room if we return as got a bit depressing but the building is a stunning bit of history and the staff are faultless and give 100 per cent. Breakfast is simple but lovely and it really is something special to sit in the front looking out onto one of the central pedestrianized streets in the Ancient town. Absolutely magical place which really comes to life at night.

Excellent location and charming hotel
Loved staying here because it was right in the center of Hoi An old town. I didn’t see any other hotels in this location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary 20min massage was great. Only downside was it was very hot weather and the air conditioning wasn’t very strong which made sleeping uncomfortable. This was worth it for the location though!!

Run Down & Bug Infested
We arrived to Vinh Hung Hotel just after 10pm after flying from Hanoi. We were put in a ground level room that was dark, damp, and had cracks in the walls. The cracks were so pronounced we could see into the next room, which happened to be the breakfast room. After finding a dead cockroach on the floor we told the we told the receptionist, Nguyen Van Thinh, that we needed a different room. He told us there were no other rooms until the next night. Prior to all of this we had an argument with the same worker after he insisted we pay for an airport shuttle we did not take. After having a change in flight details, we called the hotel 2 times and emailed the address we were told to contact if there were any changes in our flight. Not hearing anything back by the time we landed (which was over an hour earlier than anticipated), we booked a taxi and headed to Hoi An. Upon arriving, Nguyen Van Thinh refused to give us our keys insisting that we needed to pay for the shuttle because he didn't see the email. He told us that the person that normally reads the emails was not at the hotel today. After 20 minutes he finally gave us our keys. Moving to a different room the following night, the amenities were better and we saw no more cockroaches but the window would not close. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff is aggressive and rooms and rundown and bug infested.

Wonderful historic experience in old town
A unique hotel in the center of the ancient walking town. You feel like you have stepped back in time! Huge rooms, but only a few so book well in advance. Amazing staff who go out of their way to help you. A very memorable experience.

Character hotel in unbeatable location
There are very few hotels right in the thick of the action in the historic district. This hotel has been restored and furnished appropriately, so much so that passers by where stopping to take pictures in front of the beautiful frontage that opens into the " reception" room. The only downside of the location is that the area is pedestianised, so we had to wheel our cases through the busy streets to reach the hotel. We stayed in a very large room at the back of the hotel which was surprisingly spacious and very quiet at night. The staff were very helpful. Would recommend for an authentic experience and a great contrast to generic hotel chains.

Beautifully traditional and extremely charming!
It's the oldest hotel in hoi an old town and is amazing. The hotel is made from old dark wood, has antiques and an 'olde worldy' charm. The staff are very friendly and there is nothing they won't do. We were surprised by the free offerings (20min massage, boat ride, light supper etc). If you're expecting ultra mod cons, sleek new feel accommodation then this is not for you! The hotel is old and does require a 'freshen up' in some areas hut it adds to the charm in my opinion. I would 100% recommend. The food served is incredible, the female chef is outstanding :)

旧市街にあり車が入れないエリアのため、タクシーでの送迎がホテル前ではできない。少し離れたところでの送迎になる。 それでも、歴史のあるアンティークホテルに宿泊できるのは素敵。リノベートされているので設備も問題ない。バスタブがあり久しぶりにゆっくりお風呂に入れ、旅の疲れが取れた。 何より、宿泊するからこそ旧市街の雰囲気を存分に味わえるし、徒歩ですべての観光スポットに行けて非常に便利でもある。

そもそも、ホテル名？が文字化けしていてわかりませんが、おそらくホイアんのヴィンフンヘリテージホテルに対するご質問かと？ 旧市街の真ん中でロケーションは最高でした。 スタッフと丁寧でした。 もちろん古い建物で薄暗いので廊下も暗い上に鍵の開け閉めには苦労しましたが、私的には満足でした。

掛け布団がなく、シーツ１枚しかかけるものがなかった。枕が、以前使った方の臭い？生乾きの臭いみたいなものがした。古民家風なので仕方ないが、窓が完全に閉まらず、心配だった。スタッフは感じがよく、テキパキと対応くれた。

Das Gute zuerst: extrem zentrale Lage und ein altes, schönes Haus. Leider sind die Zimmer fensterlos und stockdunkel. Es gibt zwar eine Luke zum Innenhof, vergittert, yber ohne Glas, so dass Insekten hereinkommen. Der Raum war mit kaputten Leuchten und heruntergekommenem Mobiliar ausgestattet. Kakerlaken im Bad, was vom Service mit einem "Oh." zur Kenntnis genommen- und dann völlig ignoriert wurde. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig (Zimmer im EG). Unser Buchungswunsch nach zwei Betten wurde zwar bestätigt, aber nicht erfüllt. Das Personal ist zwar freundlich, spricht aber kein Englisch und war nicht in der Lage, irgendein Problem zu beheben oder auf Wünsche einzugehen. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert, schon gar nicht für die hohen Preise.

空港からのピックアップサービスを頼んであったが、ヴィン フン2に連れて行かれ、部屋が壊れたのでヴィン フンリバーサイドリゾートに変更して欲しい旨を伝えられました。 結局、リバーサイドリゾートはとても快適で朝食も素晴らしかったのでとてもお得な感じでした ヴィン フン系列は良いホテルだと思います。

Fantastique !
Séjour inoubliable au coeur de la vieille ville de Hôi An. L'hôtel a deux suites Héritage qui vous transportent dans un autre temps, nous avons bien apprécié cette ambiane spéciale. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, bars, cafés et boutiques, sans compter les belles promenades au bord de l'eau.

ホイアンに到着してすぐ206号室（ヘリテージスイート）に２泊させていただきました。 【良かった点】 歴史的建造物のため雰囲気は抜群に良い。旧市街の中にあるため散策へのアクセスも○。歩き疲れたら宿に帰って休めます。フットマッサージ30分が一回無料で受けられる。ビンフンのほかのホテルのサンセットクルーズやプールが無料で利用できる。 【悪かった点】 部屋は暗くて床は歩くとギシギシと軋む。ゴキ○リの死骸も…。夜は遅くまで外の喧噪が聞こえます。アメニティに歯ブラシ、コンディショナーがない。 フットマッサージ予約したが、時間通りにフロントに行ったら、場所がリバーサイドホテルですと言われ受けられなかった…（説明してくれれば）。受付スタッフの英語レベルに差がある。20年以上勤めているという男性スタッフがいて、この方はすごく対応も良かったです。 【まとめ】 設備は古く不便もあるが、立地、雰囲気は良く、客室数も少なくてなかなか予約の取れない人気のホテルのようです。宿泊に何を求めるかですね。泊まるなら道路側のヘリテージスイート（二部屋のみ）にしたほうが良いです。 個人的には一泊だけで十分でした。

ホイアン旧市街のにあり非常に便利な立地にある。建物もすごくおしゃれで、エントランスも部屋もすごく凝ったつくりで街並みにフィットしていて最高だった。 しかしながら、部屋の壁が薄すぎる。１Fの部屋だったが、壁というより仕切りのような壁で外の声や音がまる聞こえ。ということは部屋の会話もまる聞こえ。 洗面所は丸めたタオルが置いてあり、おそらく前の人が使ったバスマットが置いてあったのではないかと思う。 朝食は軽めの軽食が用意してあるだけだったが、麺のスープがおいしかった。 ホイアン旧市街を満喫するには最高の場所なので、壁の薄さを我慢すればそれ以外は最高なホテル
