Very nice place

Bien place a 15min a pied de la vieille et tres calme. Belle vue sur les rizieres Proprietaires tres gentils. Juste evitez la chambre 102 trop pres de la reception quand il y a des clients bruyants sinon rien a redire

This honestly was 5* for service ! long and his family were so welcoming and made our stay in hoi an! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, basic amenities which reflects price but clean and free bikes to old town! Nothing is to much bother for the owners !

安いけど、最高のロケーション

ホイアンのマーケットからは少し離れた場所に位置していますが、周りには飲食店も多く、veganレストランも点在していました。空港からのシャトルバスも準備してくれましたし、値段もかなり安かったです。 部屋は思っていた以上に広く、清潔で、静かで快適でした。目の前に広がる田園が素敵です。 マーケットまで少し離れた場所と書きましたが、歩いて行ける距離です。grabでbikeを利用すればかなり安くいけます。自転車も借りることができますし、バイクもレンタルできます。 朝食はついていませんでしたが、近くにバインミーを食べられる出店がたくさんあるので、安く済ますことができます。食べること、飲むことには本当に困らないと思います。 また、働いている方々はいつも笑顔で、英語もできるので、本当に何をするにも困ることはありませんでした。またホイアンで宿泊することがあれば利用したいと思います。

Perfect stay with the friendliest family!

We have been travelling through Cambodia and Vietnam for the past 5 weeks and this has been the best hotel/homestay for their service, room and general kindness. The family are beautiful, nothing is ever too much trouble. We used the bicycles free of charge everyday to go to An Bang beach and the old town. If you want to walk to the old town is only 25 mins away. The homestay views look out onto beautiful rice paddies which you can cycle through to get to the beach. The stay has been a dream! Thank you for everything!!

Very comfortable homestay

I don't even know where to begin. Long went above and beyond to ensure that my mother and I enjoyed our stay in Hoi An. It was my mum's birthday during our time there and he even specially prepared some flowers for her as a gift. My mum had lost touch with her cycling skills and couldn't cycle to the beach through the paddy fields, so we decided we were happy to take a leisurely walk there. Shortly into our walk, Long and his wife rocked up on their motorbikes from behind us and offered to ride us to the beach instead, noticing that it would be a long journey under the sweltering heat. It was really sweet of them to do that. It was easy to arrange our coconut boat tour and airport transfer through Long as well. And we had a really good breakfast at the homestay. Honestly if you're not a luxury traveller and are okay with living like a local -- having a simple room (which is still pretty in my eyes), showering with basic half-outdoor amenities, with no frills, then this is the place for you. Highly recommend, especially for the price we paid. It's essentially the best and most comfortable way to "rough it out". My heart is very full. Thank you very much Long!

治安が良く宿の人も親切でホッとする宿

この宿は、主観ですが値段相応だと思います。 大きな総合病院や、薬局が何軒も並ぶエリアにあり治安は良いです、また、徒歩1分の所に評判良い欧米人向けのカフェが有りました。フエ駅に行くにも分かりやすく、大きなスーツケースがありましたが転がして15分〜20分で着きました。 日本から行ったので、シャワールームや部屋の照明、ドア等多少の汚さが目立ちカルチャーショックを受けました。しかし、掃除は行き届きちゃんとしている感が！ ベッド等が綺麗な状態で、まずまず快適に滞在出来ます。 安宿の類ですから、外の騒然が少しは気になりましたが、このあたり気にならない方でしたらOK。 解放感のある窓にバルコニー、大きめの扇風機と、熱い位(調節可)のホットシャワーが大変良く、助かりました。 宿の人も、とても親切で、信頼できる方でした！有難うございます。

I loved that a bicycle was part of my stay package as Hoi An old town was very easy to bike around and off to An Bang beach. The breakfasts were also lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese breakfast :)

Will stay this place again.

The homestay was run by a lovely family. The husband and his wife were super nice and kind and their daughter was so cute. I arrived on a rainy day and they offered me an upgrade because they thought my room condition wasn't too good because of the heavy rain, which I didn't mind at all. The neighborhood was quite and remote from the busy old town, which I enjoyed so much, but not too far because the whole town is so small that you could go anywhere just in 20 minutes walk. There was a beautiful beach near the homestay 20 minutes bike ride.

Great stay!!!

This place takes the cake! Long and his wife are very hospitable and friendly. They give great suggestions when you ask and offer a very good breakfast. There are bikes to use and it is fun biking around the nearby rice fields. The room was clean, shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. We even extended our stay. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!!!

Superb!!

Wonderful place with very friendly and helpful staff. Long and his wife are very kind. The place is amazing with home atmosphere. As we are in honeymoon they offer us a room upgrade for free. Beautiful room, clean and very comfortable bed (king size). Convenient and very quiet location. It easy to get around. Walking distance to old town (15-20 mins walking) or you can use the bikes that the hosts provide for free.
