A diamond in the rough. An unexpected oasis in the middle of the city. The staff was beyond accommodating and the ambience was serene. A great getaway within the city and a perfect location for a romantic surprise. The onsen is a relaxing offering, as well as the in-room steam room. The morning buffet was plentiful and satiating. Definitely keeping this high on the list for future stays.

The staff were excellent. Restaurant staff Nhi, Nhuy, Hue, My, Thuy were so so accommodating and patient. Reception staff were also very attentive. Spa staff wonderful and very relaxing massages. Very little outside of the hotel but a great choice for a short, relaxing, calm and peaceful retreat of serene views and a getaway for calmness and relaxation.
