This place has everything needed for a stress-free vacation; everyday housekeeping, clean towels, a couple of bottles of water (which are needed), efficient air conditioning. Staff is very helpful and attentive, the whole place kept very clean. Central location, close to Night Market and hundreds of restaurants, cafés and bistros. Highly recommended.

This property is centrally located but also tucked away enough from the main road for a more homey feeling. Check-in was spectacular. The room was very comfortable, updated and clean. They readily provided me with lots of useful information on food as well as possible tours & visits nearby. The food recommendations were especially top-notch. I didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked beautiful. The An Bang beach Is just 4km away and old town very close. Someone was always available at the entrance.

We are a family of 5 that rented 2 spacious rooms. The family that owns the hotel is so warm and helpful. The facilities are very clean with cute decor. We loved being able to have coffee on the terrace each morning and my kids loved the banana pancakes. Amazing value as well! Short walk to Old Town, many great restaurants within a 10 min walk, and short drive to beach. We felt so comfortable during our weeklong stay and wish we had longer at Nu Ni.

Great place to stay
Great homestay. My GF and I stayed here for 6 nights and they were so helpful. As soon as we arrived and checked in, the host sat us down and told us about all the places we could potentially visit during our stay. The homestay itself was right in the centre so it was very easy to get to the ancient town and was only a 15-20 min cycle to An Bang Beach. Would deffo stay here again if ever we are back in Hoi an

Friendly and helpful staffs. Property is clean. Its in a corner, in a narrow street, off the main road so was abit difficult to find. Location is good. Close to local cafe, bars and eating places and very close walk to Hoi An old town.

AMAZING hotel outstanding service
One of the best hotels weve stayed during our southeast asia trip (6 months in). Very spacious clean and comfortable beds. The staff is so friendly and helpful with tours and booking. It is a couple minutes walk to old town and so convenient in the location. They arranged our airport pickup which was a reasonable rate and met us on the street since we probably would have been confused on arrival if we didnt know the hotel is down a little path from the street. We rented bicycles and did laundry and breakfast was delicious. It was nice that the pool was indoors to get a break from the sun. Cant recommend this hotel enough I believe it is the best in the area especially for the price

The service at Nu Ni was excellent, location was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, booked all of our tours through the homestay. They charge everything to your room which makes it very simple. Loved it.

The staff was always there to talk to and help you. Wish we could of stayed longer here. Good hot water and clean room. Very quiet too. We could not hear any neighbors.

Value for money, not for fussies
Short walking distance from old town and good local food. Also appreciate that the prices of the drinks in the fridge is not marked up. The shoe-free rule helped maintain the general cleanliness of the place but the bedsheet feels slightly sandy and sticky. Bed was also too hard for us.

Absolutely loved this homestay. Beautiful room and balcony and perfect location to the old town. So very quiet and peaceful too!! Owners are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Prime location! 5 min walk to the river, restaurants and shopping. It’s off a Main Street but you can’t hear any noise from the street. The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful and made great suggestions for meals, shopping, and massage. They had bikes and motorbikes for a very reasonable price, provided laundry and more. We extended our stay here by one night because we loved it so much! The indoor pool was nice and cool but we didn’t end up using it much but it would be great for kids during the hot days.

The property is kept in immaculate condition, truly is ful guesthouse. The staff is outstanding, always willing to make your more enjoyable. The receptionist, Dieu, was very helpful when we were looking for suggestions

Very conveniently located. Pleasant, helpful staff- for instance they booked my bus trip back to Hue for me, saved me time and money. The room was lovely and clean, and I felt a bit like I was living with a family.

With a central location at short walking distance from main historic area, this homestay is a bargain. Room are clean and spacious. If you get a balcony, wiew of the vegetation is a plus.

Misleading booking . Clean and fresh pool.
Booked a “superior double room” with “private terrace/balcony” for 550,000 dong on Hotels.com. When we arrived the room had not terrace or balcony and lady said she doesn’t have “superior double rooms” and our room is valued at 450,000! So this was a terrible check in and either hotels.com or the hotel was not honest. Room was very clean and swimming pool was lovely and refreshing so we stayed three more nights. A la carte Breakfast was ok but we preferred to eat out after having this once.

Look no further Can't spell homestay without home
What a great hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, just on the border of the old town in a quiet alley, with an indoor pool! The staff was so helpful, they recommended "Morning Glory" restaurant (Amazing food) and a great leather repair shop. NuNis sister has a tailor shop just around the corner, and we got a fantastic deal on 2 remarkable dresses since we were staying at the homestay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Hoi An.

Homestay with friendly and helpful family who live on the premises. For a homestay guesthouse you get an indoor pool, hairdryer, bathrobes, air con and fan, flat screen tv, rain shower, laundry service and a chat with the owners when free. Reception is great place to lounge in afternoon with a beer. Breakfast is available and room service meals until 12 pm. Rooms can vary. Some have balconies, some have openable windows and some have locked sliding glass door 'windows' with applied frosting which lets in little light at all. I was staying in one of these rooms with inoperable windows first night then after expressing disappointment was given a lovely light and airy ground floor room which opened onto a garden. Room 101. Ask for it.

Very cosy family-run little hotel
Very cosy family-run little hotel in a quiet setting. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Checkout is at noon and our flight from Da Nang airport was at midnight. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel during the day and even take a shower after coming back from the beach and before taking the shuttle bus to the airport.

The front desk was really respectful and nice. The room was clean overall, but the water flow from the shower was pretty bad. We had 4 people shower and it didn't flow into the bedroom, but we had a difficult time showering cuz the water was kind of high. It was a cute local homestay, so didn't have too many things, but the nessecities. The location was close to the main areas, but away from the noise which was good.

Great location, just a couple blocks from old town. Nice rooms and very friendly people. Delicious breakfast, made to order by the proprietor. There are also plenty of options for breakfast within walking distance. We really loved this place. Our only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower only lasted about 1 minute before turning cold again so we had to take super fast showers. Even so, I would still stay here again because everything else was so nice.

Extremely clean hotel with large rooms
Unfortunately for us, we had to stay at another hotel on our first night due to the streets being flooded. What a difference Nu-Ni was compared to our first hotel. Nu-Ni is spotlessly clean, the rooms are large, the air conditioning works perfectly, the wi-fi is very fast, the breakfast was great and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

J'y ai passé un très agréable séjour. Le personnel est très agréable et efficace : il est possible de réserver des visites, des billets de bus ... et de louer un vélo pour un prix très raisonnable. L'hébergement est situé en retrait de la rue et est donc très calme. La vieille cité est à quelques minutes de marche.
