Clean, tidy, modern and great service.
Lovely stay here, our room was spacious andwell laid out with everything we needed, absolutely epic views from the 16th floor. Fixtures and fittings of the hotel were clean, modern and very pretty too. The service from the staff was exemplary, very polite and friendly; best we have had whilst being in Vietnam. Room service prompt and food cooked fresh with very tasty dishes and an excellent selection at breakfast. Would absolutely recommend and would return.

Room 1813 was damp and musty and despite 2 complaints no offer to change room or any discount. Fabric of hotel is dated and in need of upgrade. Good location for most things to do in Da Nang

The hotel is very nice can’t complain about it. The only thing Im disappointed is during breakfast. My husband grab a table. We went to get our foods and came back. A worker walking around cleaning the table. I told her my husband got the table but wasnt clean and I ask her to clean my table. She didnt say anything and walk away. I thought she’s going to come back with the spray to clean my table but never came back. I’m vietnamese and I speak the same language as hers.

Love this hotel . Staff can not do enough for you. Breakfast is excellent. The indoor pool is a bonus . Rooms are huge, beds are comfortable. Lots of great restaurants by the river.

The room was dusty and musty, not much of amenities provided in the room. I got charged two beers from mini bar that I didn't consumed event though I explained. I had the worse experience at the spa where the therapist obviously not fully trained and inexperienced, wearing skimpy red outfit climbed on the message bed and nearly burn my back with the hot stones. I left the spa after less than 10 minutes out of the 90 minutes session that i paid.

Newer building near Han river. Liked my room with beautiful river view. Cleaning staffs can do a better job as I still see some construction particles and masks in my room. Complementary breakfast food items, especially western items, have average quality. Otherwise, I really like the hotel and Da Nang city.

Don’t know why this hotel need to keep the guest passport which are personal issued items. Based on legal view they are not allow to keep it. Other than that is a pleasant hotel to stay.

Nice hotel and is easy to spot.
The staff were all wonderful and the rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet has a variety of options and the wait staff were personable. As soon as you walk outside, there is a person to open the door and call a taxi for you if you need one. We didn't use the services, but you need to be clear you don't want a taxi. The massage services in the hotel are not something we would recommend. The rooms were a bit too dark and sketchy. We went there for a body massage and it was strange, as the staff stood there to watch us undress and get dressed. We relunctantly returned for a foot massage and they requested that we took off all our clothes (???). We did not, and it was ok. Would not recommend the massage services. The sky bar is nice and on the ground floor they have great drinks and smoothies.

We booked a deluxe room with partial sea view. Which was true to its description. The sea view was very partial, but non the less the view over Da Nang was lovely. The room was pretty much what you'd expect from a 4 star hotel, well laid out, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not so good, but catering for multiple nationalities will always cause these issues. We preferred to have Pho Bo which can be found just around the corner, as can the lovely Fat Fish bar / restaurant. This hotel in particular is VERY popular with Chinese tourists, which can cause some issues if you prefer a lie in. So, the big question is, would I pay full price for this hotel? No. Would I stay there again if the price was right? Probably maybe......

when I eas checking out, the fron desk clerks said that I drank a big bottle of water and they are going to charge for that. But there was no big bottle of water when I first checked in and enterd the room. I was explained that I went to market and bought the big bottle of water or myself with some fruits and there was no big bottle of water that you provided for me. They did not trust me and checked with the housekeeping and finally went up the room with me. Although I explained that again, they never said sorry to me. I felt so bad. A big bottle of water was not even on the list that shows how many bottle of cokes and sprites and beers and 500ml of water in the refrigerator. I felt bad because they must know what kinds of beverage they provide for the guests but keep doubting me. Also hotel location is isolated and nowhere to go by walk. Surroundings are very messy. If you want to just stay in the room is OK. Foods were good.

Very disappointing experience. We had three days staying in a below par hotel. The restaurant was dirty, I slipped on the floor in the elevator because there was soup / food all over it, we had to ask for the room to be serviced at 3:00pm and were given clean towels. It was impossible to get service from Receptipn due to the English / Vietnamese language barrier. Laundry which we left at 6:00am arrived after two calls to reception when we were in bed asleep at 9:30pm. A very bad experience.

arrived at 1am only to be told i dont have a booking because i cancelled. i did no such thing. they wanted me to pay over 3mill vnd. next morning i was told they found my booking. spent over 30min trying to get key for room after being up for over 24hrs straight. at breakfast i was told i had wrong voucher. the date on the voucher was indeed wrong but not by my doing. front reception staff handed it to me. definitely not a hotel worthy of its star rating

Arrived at 6.30pm. Security and Concierge staff standing outside smoking didnt offer to help us out of taxi. check in went smoothly. No one offered to escort us to our room or take bags to room. Arrived in room lights were off and no aircon on. room was stinking hot. Room decor was ok but appeared dated. Paint on floor around edges where wall painting had occurred. curtains behind tv were too big and jammed behind the desk to try and hide. We were on 21st floor. view great. Breakfast: restaurant requires a thought clean. Dead flies everywhere mainly along the window ledges. Hot food was already cold at 6.30am. No heat lamps to keep hot. selection is ok. Pastry selection and bread on offer was poor. I know this is petty but only juice available was Peach and Watermelon. i would expect to see at least Orange Juice. 4 Star Hotel? based on service and condition of restaurant no more than 2 star.

Bed bug bites
The room is really nice and big on the top floor. Good view. The only thing that is really bad is that I have gotten many many bed bug bites all over my leg and feet. I asked to clean the bed and switched sheets but the next day I still got more bug bites. I think it's the room that I stayed in (room 1920) that might be home to the bugs and maybe infected the whole room.

Convinient to grab taxi from hotel because taxi staff is always there. Room was not bad, yet toilet had little stain. Took more than 10 mins to check-out to confirm mini-bar usage.

Excellent hotel great service. I stayed at this hotel two times. On my second visit the upgraded me to a bigger room for free. There were not many Westerners at the hotel it was primarily Vietnamese

Location is a convenient. Airport, down town etc.
Room charge is an appropriate. They don't know how to make cleanliness, they don't use vacuum cleaner. Hotel front should be concerned about more sincerity. Hope the hotel has more tour informations. Breakfast buffet menu should be diversified in each week.
