Whilst this isn't a 5-star hotel it is safe, clean, spacious rooms that are air conditioned, large bathrooms and in the middle of walking distance to good food, coffee, shops, river. However best of all, the staff here are very friendly and ready to help with any question or request for help If something isn't right with the room I feel confident it would be taken care of, though I had no issues. I would stay here again.

At check in the staff insisted on keeping our passports, first hotel that was pushy about this in 2 weeks. Finally he agreed to a photocopy, which is what all the other hotels have done. The room was clean but needs paint touched up- flaking off the walls. Shower was good and bathroom clean. My husband’s back was sore but when we went to book a massage the masseuses where wearing very provocative outfits and the man at the desk would not let me stay in the room or in the waiting area for my husband - we decided too sketchy so left without the massage. Breakfast was ok- same spread as most of the other hotels. Would not likely stay here again.

Good hotel for a couple of days in Da Nang
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok too, however the cleaner never came to clean it. The breakfast selection could be better too. Simple things like yogurts should be available if you are also focusing on western visitors.

Solid 3-star hotel. Good value for money. Guest were mainly Vietnamese tourists, so stuff didn't speak much of English. It wasn't a problem for me as I only stayed there for 1 night. Pros: Good location, Great value for money, Cons: Breakfast ends early, Bathroom glass wall was signs of rusting and needs a scrub, Outdated room decor,

Good but can be better
the room is clean and nice, the view is good. However, breakfast buffet is a joke. I tried it once and never want to eat breakfast at the hotel anymore. Moreover, the staff is not really friendly, especially the one who raised her voice when I asked for a higher floor room. The hotel itself is good but the quality and service can be better.

We stayed a the hotel only one night and we got a free upgrade, which was very nice. The bell persons and the serving staff at the breakfast are very nice. Food is good except for the hot drinks are not hot enough.

It's not a 3 stars hotel
The room is big but it's not clean, dirty sheets and old towels. Buffet bfast has variety foods but they are not appealing. The bell boys are very nice and helpful. This is not a 3 stars hotel it's overrated.

Spacious rooms , well located
Nothing wrong with this hotel except the staff are nowhere near as welcoming as almost all of the hotels in which we have stayed over a 4 year period. Breakfast was very average. All other amenities were fine. Great view across the river at night if you are on that side of the hotel.

Very clean hotel with nice rooms and also very clean showers (excellent as this wasn't always the case in Vietnam)! Staff tries to be helpful but we were at a language disadvantage because they didn't speak or understand much English. Location is pretty decent. Breakfast was mediocre.

Moonlight Hotel Review
2nd time at Moonlight. Decent location since it's walk-able to many local shops. Very good value for the money, if you're not interested in a regular hotels amenities (pool, lounge, bar). All staff were helpful but they should have more people that know English for problem solving(hotel safe not working, need more towels, etc). I'd stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Good service and new clean , big room as well. The staff are very nice and helpful. Just at the beginning we felt uneasy because the reception got some mixed up with paper works between hotel and Expedia. We already paid Hotel. Com but the hotel said we didn't and wanted us to cover the stay before we leave. The next day everything was clear. So they should have checked back with hotel.com before giving us uncomfortable welcome reception. This should never happen! We expect profesionalism. Besides that the rest was fine

Central location
We decided to stay in Danang rather than Ho An to be in between all the sites such as Ho An, Hue, Marble Mountain and Monkey Mountain. We hired a motorbike at the Hotel with no problems whatsoever. The room was very clean and comfortable the position was central to everything. We stayed there 5 nights. The staff were friendly although their English is not that good.

Stay at this place for 6 nights...new hotel in good location but that's all...Front desk service is Awful. Breakfast buffet is also cold and no service... I would definitely stay elsewhere next time.

A really nice hotel to stay in
This hotel was great. On check in, they will ask for your passport, and they will give it back when you check out, but I was adviced by a friend to ask them to make a copy, and return it back to you immediately. Me and my friend were able to hire a motorbike for 20,000 dong (66pence an hour) or 180,000 (£6 for a full day). The shower and bathroom was excellent, and the breakfast was nice. The bed was big and comfortable, and the hotel can arrange a nice tour for you. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay . Staff where kind and friendly and above all professional. I slept well on a comfortable bed . The hotel was centrally located and near to the airport . Taxi service was fast and cheap and professional . I would come again without hesitation . Thank you Moonlight Hotel .

Strange location but great for overnighter
We went for a wander and were in very 'local' area, nothing touristy about it all, which was refreshing though not so good for last-minute shopping. We also took advantage of their in-house massage service which included use of steam room and jacuzzi.. massage only a rub-down though, I don't think they were trained. Room comfortable and good sleep. Great veiw to the Dragon bridge etc.

While the hotel was clean and the staff tried to be helpful, I was disappointed about the facilities for eating I arrived at 8.30 pm. According to the hotel website there was supposed to be a restaurant and cafe. When I asked about these so I could get something to eat I was told they did not exist anymore so I then had to go out and find somewhere to eat nearby. Also the standard of the included buffet breakfast was poor. On my second morning, having gone to the coffee jug, there were no cups so I had to ask and then the little coffee that was in the jug was cold and I had to get them to give me a hot coffee.

Chambre sale à notre arrivée (cafard mort sur le sol, échantillons de shampoing entamés dans la salle de bain, etc.) Personnel froid, peu accueillant. Impossible de fermer la porte de la chambre à clef. Bonne situation, proche des berges et du pont du dragon.
