First I would like to recognized all the staff for their excellent customer service. I feel at home while staying at Jolia Hotel. Walkable to all best, affordable delicious restaurants and the distance to the beach is just 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend everyone to stay at Jolia Hotel to experience the best of Da Nang Beach area.

The hotel is really nice, room is spacious and clean, bed is so comfortable to sleep. It's close to the beach, many beautiful coffee shops and restaurants so It's convenient to move. Definitely comeback this place

We stayed for 4 weeks at the Jolia Hotel. We absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, clean, the bathroom was lovely. The shower was excellent, great pressure. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we have booked another 4 weeks during our checkout. Great location with so much choice for food around, and great massages. The beach is a stones throw away. You will not be disappointed. See you in April 2026. Thankyou for making our trip awesome!!

Hotel is located in a great location. Da Nang is currently filled with many Koreans and mini marts catering to them, but it is still stocked with local goods. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, small cafes. Highly recommended.

Staff was amazing room was okay. Our bedroom was two beds put together to make a big one. They never changed the sheets, only got new towels when room was cleaned. Alright for the price. Pool is small. Location is hard to find address on google is incorrect our taxi always got lost

Good location, many issues with the room

Location was ok, short walk to the beach. In the room I found a top mattress stained yellow all over. Really horrible. I removed it. Pillows were also a bit yellow, but I always put a towel to sleep on. The wooden floor is destroyed because of leaking from the bathroom (I think). The bathroom has no ventilation, so there was black mold many places. Also in the ceiling. This is common in budget hotels. Sometimes sewage was leaking down on my toilet, from the room above mine. The smell was horrible. Ants were all over the washbasin.

After staying at several other hotels around this area, this place is definitely dated and could use a renovation. Nothing serious wrong with the hotel but lets say the photos are better than shown. Elevator is small, slow and a bit old. Value for the money is Ok for the price but there are better surrounding hotels for the price. Shows a gym from the website but there's none. Swimming pool needs a good good cleaning and looks filthy. No breakfast so that lowered it's rating compared to other places with breakfast for the same price.

낮은 가격이 최우선 조건이라면 묵어도 나쁘지않. 모텔같은 느낌. 처음 안내할때 창문이 닫히지않아서 벨보이 낑낑..고군분투. 소개사진에 올라온 사진과는 좀 다름.

그냥 친절한 숙박업체

공항 픽업 서비스 신청을 했는데 아무도 오지 않아서 결국 그랩잡아서 갔습니다. 그랩이 훨씬 싸요. 처음 들어갈땐 되게 더웠는데 에어컨이 그래도 쓸만했습니다. TV에 SBS랑 KBS나와서 좋아요. 9층 방을 배정받았는데 수압이 약했어요. 조식은 음.. 저는 첫날 먹고 안먹었습니다. 카운터는 친절해요. wifi는 유튜브는 잘되는데 인터넷이랑 카톡은 잘 안되더라구요 ㅋㅋ 왜 그런진 모르겠습니다. 냉장고가 은근 작았습니다. 콘센트가 엄청 많아서 좋았어요. 방 클리닝 타임이 조금 불규칙적입니다. 제가 있었을땐 주위에 공사를 많이해서 그런지 낮에 시끄러웠어요. 호텔에 수영장이 없습니다.

Well taken care of by staff!

The staff were extremely accommodating to our needs. When we had some issues with the bathroom piping in our room, they promptly sorted it out, and they also were very forthcoming about suggesting potential things to do and recommending places to go. The room was comfortable with good amenities and in a convenient location - very close to the beach! Breakfast was also delicious with a wide variety of options. It was a bit noisy at times due to construction going on at the time, but generally a very happy stay.
