This is a 5 star property or so they say but it had definitely seen better days. Shower was over bathtub and water spray was really poor. The view outside the property made it feel as though they had picked up the property and placed it in a run down area...so many dogs running around and pooing...What makes this place amazing is the staff including cleaning staff. The free transportation to the beach and to the old town was really good as were the free bicycles. Area to the side of the hotel away from it was lovely, some really nice restaurants with some absolutely lovely staff. This is a lovely hotel, slightly rundown and the wifi isn't brilliant but the hotel itself and staff are which is all you want really. Very family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay. Not sure what star rating the hotel is but the service was what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Very warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has clearly tried their best to make guests feel comfortable. Shuttle buses, designated beach umbrella and chairs and great breakfast. I’ve read other reviews about shuttle buses being too full but we never experienced it. A special mention regarding the wonderful service we received from Flora, Snow and Win and other staff (including cleaning staff) from 30 Nov to 3 Dec who I didn’t get the names of. Highly recommend.

All the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. I hurt my foot earlier in the week and the ladies at the front desk (especially Jasmine) went above and beyond to get crutches delivered to me and to make sure I was cared for at all times… so sweet! I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was the best hotel from our Vietnam trip. Wonderful staff, lovely hotel and good location. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast (particularly the vietnamese iced coffee) and also the spa. Spa massages and facials are excellent and very good prices. We used the free shuttle to go to the beach and into town. Silvia, Flora ans Ken were very helpful and always welcomed us with a big smile. Highly recommended.

It may not be as lavish as 5 star international hotel chain, but the staff were really attentive and always genuine in their service. Top notch hospitatily! Rooms were spotless and clean after every housekeeping. Any maintanence defects (blown light bulbs) were immediately addressed. Overall a pleasant 3 nights stay!

We were so well taken care of! Everything was sparking clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The desk staff bent over backwards to help us figure out the city and what we wanted to do. The pool was adorable and a lovely oasis from the crazy markets.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. This amazing hotel was the highlight of our Vietnam Stay for many reasons. My husband and I got upgraded to a nice suite that was spacious, clean, cozy, and comfortable (not to mention it was quiet and located away from all the noise)! The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and hospital. When we checked in, I was feeling a bit under the weather and the kind receptionist sent ginger tea up to my room to make me feel better which I will never forget. They even helped arrange our trip to Ba Na hills very last minute when we decided to go see the Golden Bridge. The breakfast spread was awesome every morning which is a huge plus when traveling. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An! It is a must stay. My husband and I will definitely choose this location again if we come back to visit!

Nice hotel
Great hotel and super friendly, english speaking staff. They have free bikes that you can use to bike into the center of Hoi An or to the beach. There are also several nice spas w/in a few blocks of the hotel. Very efficient check in. They let us check in early and strived to accommodate. They also can easy arrange you a pickup from the Da Nang Airport ($15 from airport to hotel) and a transfer from Hoi An to Hue. Highly recommend and good value for the money.

Very good value for money. Very helpful staff. The staff on the front desk were lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful, they also spoke very good English. Very quiet location with free bicycle hire to get to the town and beach which doesn’t take long. The town is also walkable (25 mins). Lovely breakfast too.

My wife and I booked for 28 days here in March, but were forced to leave early due to flight changes (COVID 19). We did stay for 17 days, and wish we were still there! The staff are amazing at Sincerity and Anio. Breakfast was great, with lots of variety. They have a shuttle to town and the beach, and there are several very good restaurants, grocery, etc. within walking distance. We were also offered complimentary massages/facials, and a room upgrade! We did not eat at the restaurant, but did eat by the pool and the food was very good...the bbq smelled amazing. Everyone (staff) was wearing masks during our stay, so you couldn’t see their smiles, but you could hear it in their voices...always greeting you by name when you arrived or left the hotel. The gym was well equipped also. A couple very minor suggestions... in the gym, perhaps add a cup dispenser, and a garbage can. There is nowhere to put used cups. And in the room, bolt the safe to the cabinet that it’s in. The safe is loose, and someone could take the whole thing.... having said that, Vietnam is one of the safest places I’ve ever visited, and their crime rate is very low. It is just an observation that may make other guests feel more comfortable.

The property provides complimentary bus shuttle to its guests. The buffet breakfast was simply grand and the rooms were extremely spacious. The staff were super friendly.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Every staff here was very helpful and friendly. All of them spoke good English. Room and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was great. Wifi, AC, minibar, all great. Good location close to beach and old town/night market. They also provide free shuttles around town and 2 free water. Also one of the few to have a gym facility and nice swimming pool.

We had a great stay at Hoian Sincerity. The staff were very helpful. The location is quiet with a plenty of places eat nearby. A short walk down to the Old Town or take the free shuttle bus.

The staff are all quite pleasant. But they are pushy and try to get you to spend more money than necessary. The hotel next door called anio is newer and nicer. They offer a shuttle service into the main town which is great but it is often full and you have to wait a while for another one. We ended using the anio shuttle many times. The hotel itself is old and a little dirty in places. The food is not the greatest. Overall it’s an ok hotel. The staff are all very pleasant though.

Pros: great staff, but some staff didn't manage customer expectation well. cosy, big and clean room. Cons: they are lack of capacity to maintain many guests. I had to wait for breakfast because their restaurant is too small to ocupyy many guest. worst part is while I'm waiting the staff let some western guest go in without asking any waiting guests before them. Seems they have different rule for westerns. They provide free shuttle to old town, however, there is chance that you cannot get in a bus. It is first come first served according to the staff. which means even though you waited from old town to the hotel, nobody gurantee your ride. Lastly, they had blackout, and they never informed guest until the day. Thus in the morning we knew that whole town is blackout. Some hotel actually managed to provided electricity using power generator, but this hotel's generator was broken, so they failed to provide it. If I know that there is blackout, I should haven't stay there.

I arrived late in the afternoon. The front desk staff very friendly. I asked for helps in getting tickets for the Hoi An Memories show which I cannot seem to get online, and lady Uyen made a call immediately and got the tickets. The stay was pleasant. The negative was the hotel tried to have a warm atmosphere in the room, so using dark colors and ceiling light. The room was dark, with minimal available lights. Really bad was the bathroom, with spot ceiling lights --- barely any light shine on the face for clean up and make up. I would like the bathroom to be extra bright and practical.

We stayed in this hotel for an initial 2 days on a trip to hoi an. This hotel is further towards the expensive side when staying here, but is well worth the additional spend. The service from every member of staff is fantastic, from the moment you step through the door you are welcomed and taken through every detail of your stay, every member of the team makes an effort to interact and make conversation with you. The facilities in the hotel are great, we were upgraded into a suite on arrival, which was extremely spacious and done to a very high standard. The hotel also has a good gym and pool, as well as useful shuttle busses into the tow and beach (although the town is only a 10 minute walk if you need to stretch your legs). We extended our stay for an additional 2 days, which was made easy by the team, who were able to keep us in the same room for our convenience at short notice. I would extend a personal thanks to the kitchen team, who surprised me with a birthday cake during my stay, as well as Emily, Selena and the rest of the reception team who were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay.

Little Gem
Wonderful little hotel which is relentless in its endeavors to improve anywhere needed. The service is personal right down to referring to you by name upon arrival. Costs for in house food and beverages are excellent compared to the exorbitant charges of other larger hotels. From the moment of booking we were provided with reasonably priced private car and driver options for our stay which we used several times for excursions to Marble Mountain and Ba Na Hills, and for Airport pickup/drop. Location is great with regular shuttle into Hoi An Old Town. By far a better stay in Hoi An than our stay in Nha Trang which is basically another Bali. When you take cost comparison into consideration this hotel beats all comers for its service. Breakfast is good and the regular coffee which I don't normally drink (I'm a Latte man) was for some reason outstanding. Only suggestion which I could offer is to provide a quality pillow top mattress and increase the price a little to offset this cost. It would be appreciated by people like me (200cm 108kg). Flora the Front Office manager and Jasmine our regular server were the standouts for service and should be mentioned accordingly. Thank you for making our stay great and we will be back.

Sincerity Hotel ticked all of our boxes. We were two families (party of eight). The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was brilliant for the four children and was well used due to the hot days. The staff couldn’t have done enough for us. Extremely helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus was an added bonus. Highly recommend this Hotel.

The location of the hotel is about 5 minutes drive from ancient town and 5 minutes drive to An Bang beach. The hotel provides free shuttle to town and beach. The staff were helpful and friendly.
