Right in An Thuong and close to everything... especially the beach, restaurants, shops. As a tourist it's great for foreigners who want to stay and experience the local culture but still have access to western amenities

The pictures exaggerate the size and quality of the actual room. The main issue here is continual noise from the street. Despite many establishments closing by 11pm there was still shouting, music, the bao bun pest and so on going until 4 in the morning. I got no sleep.

Nestled in Da Nang, Draco Hotel & Suites is a short 2-minute walk from the beach, boasting My An Beach just 200 meters away and My Khe Beach situated 400 meters from the property. This hotel takes pride in its accommodations, featuring a panoramic view restaurant, complimentary private parking, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. Its impressive amenities encompass an infinity pool, a Street bar, a Poolside bar etc. Additionally, guests can relish the fitness center, spa facilities, steam room, and sauna available on-site. The hotel's foot and body massage services are excellent and reasonably priced, allowing us to enjoy massages daily during our stay! The meticulously designed rooms at the hotel offer air conditioning, a comfortable seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels such as Netflix, high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, bathrobes, and slippers. Each guest room also includes a desk and an electric kettle. However, a drawback was the placement of the flat-screen TV, positioned quite high and impacting the viewing experience. Nevertheless, the Seaview suites we booked provided the luxury of a private balcony and an open-air bathtub for enhanced comfort and indulgence. In summary, this hotel is cozy and comes highly recommended, making it an excellent choice for a family vacation!

The hotel was modern and clean, the supervisor really gave great service giving us recommendations and making bookings for us... most of the staff was friendly however we had a big problem upon check out... we went out and said if we're not back by 12pm which is the check out time then you can move the luggage... we come back at 10am and all of our luggage was moved downstairs already... I told the receptionist I want to shower and they didn't follow our instructions... she tells me the room has already been cleaned... and offers me another room to shower in, we go, its dirty and has towels all over the floor etc... I go back downstairs and tell her I want my old room back, it's not my problem if you already cleaned it, that's yours, I paid for the room until 12pm... eventually she gives me the key and we go back to our old room and it hasn't even been cleaned, so she lied to us which was the worst part of the experience really... at least tell the truth... why she didn't just give us back our room in the first place is beyond me 🙄

Absolutely fantastic hotel!!!! Price is beyond reasonable. Great rooms with all the amenities you could possibly need. From the moment of arrival, the staff (Especially Jack) went above and beyond to make my stay that much more enjoyable. From arranging shuttle services for my daily golf rounds, recommending local restaurants and accomodating a late checkout on final day.....can't say enough about him and his team. Great location with everything you could need from dining to shopping to spas and wellness. A must stay when in Da Nang.

This hotel looks pretty new, heard from the staff, it is only 2 years old. The room looks quite ok, just that the washing sink looks rather old, doesn't match the interior design. I like it to be outside the bathroom. Inside the bathroom, the shelf for shampoo and washing lotion are located on top of the toilet bowl and toilet roll, this causes water dripping onto the toilet paper, should have a shelf near the shower area. There isn't a safe box in the room, when I asked, they gave me a portable safe which sound stupid because people can just take the safe away. The best part is that after using the safe box for a day, it runs out of battery (batteries came out due to bad casing), so need to bring the safe box to the front desk to let them open with a key - wondering how safe can it be if the staff is holding the key? The breakfast has limited food choice, ended up eating porridge and fried eggs everyday. The pool has good seaview, though my room supposed to be seaview, but only managed to see half of it, lying on the bed cannot see it properly, need to stand near windows. Overall experience quite ok despite some disappointment, I will recommend for the comfort of the room.

This hotel had potential. It looked very modern and pretty. However there were some flaws to the design of the room. To maximise the space, the sink was situated outside the bathroom. Sometimes this was inconvenient. The toilet and shower was not separated by any screen and therefore, sometimes the water would wet the toilet seat and toilet paper. Another flaw was the service. I have been to many hotels and was always provided with a second key card when asked. With Draco, they repeatedly said they could not provide a second card as they were fully booked. What hotel does not stock any extra room cards. The funny thing was 2 days later, when we asked the front desk for a second card again, they gave in and provided us with one. In vietnamese, the two staff members were talking amongst themselves, mentioning that they had many spare cards at the back room and were TOLD NOT TO USE IT AT ALL. So they lied. On top of this, we travelled with friends who had other problems with the hotel. One room had a broken lock. Reception said we had to live with it and had no other choice as they were apparently booked out. No compensation whatsoever. That same room also had a broken aircoN. They attempted to fix it but it was broken again the next day. Also, please do not trust the photos posted on their website or any third part website. Our friends requested for a sea view room and was given a city view room.

Wonderful

We have stayed here before and will stay again in the future. We love your location, everything is on the same street that anyone could need plus the beach is 5 minutes away walk. The staff is beautiful, so friendly and always smiling. I am happy with the cleanliness and the free breakfast with what it has to offer. You have beautiful views from the pool. Both the gentleman at the door as well as the front desk immediately recognized us from last year which was so welcoming and amazing.

Not good service, no bellboy to help clients to get luggage when we checked in, we booked 1big bed room, they gave us 2 small bed room, because they don't have the room we booked, our room is so dark, small, hallway is so tight, the pedistal is uncomfy to us to walk inside the room, funky window
