"Our experience at Belamer Suites was honestly frightening and extremely disappointing. At 10:45 PM, while we were already asleep in bed, someone began knocking loudly on our door. We were not expecting anyone, and to make matters worse, we realized there is no way to lock the doors from the inside, which immediately made the situation feel unsafe. The person continued knocking and never announced who they were, which was incredibly alarming in the middle of the night. We tried calling the front desk multiple times and no one answered, which only made the situation more unsettling. Eventually the front desk called us back and casually said it was probably “the new girl delivering something to the wrong suite.” That explanation did nothing to reassure us, especially considering someone was knocking on a guest’s door late at night without identifying themselves. At that point we were genuinely concerned for our safety. We quickly gathered our belongings and went to the front office to explain what had happened. Unfortunately, the staff completely dismissed the situation, offered no apology, and made no attempt to make us feel safe or comfortable. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to check out immediately at 11 PM and find another hotel in the middle of the night. To make matters worse, despite only being in the room for about 3.5 hours, they still charged us the full price of the stay at checkout. "It was updated rooms. We stay in hotels frequently and this motel was as nice if not nicer. Everything worked well. The parking was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The shower took a little longer to heat up in our room, but once it did, it was nice and hot. It was very clean. The staff are very friendly. They offer a free breakfast in the lobby and it was actual breakfasts with many choices. The last 2 expensive hotels we stayed in didn't offer any breakfast for free. Not even coffee! If youre someone who spends a lot on hotels, i recommend giving the Quality inn a chance. Youll save money and its just as nice. Will definitely come back "

"Polite staff. Was quick checking in and also checking out. Everything was neat and clean. ( Besides a beer box that was left from previous traveler lol ) But it happens. Kids enjoyed the Pool. Overall tho, it was good stay! "
