It sure is a hike to climb up all the stairs and hills to get to this hotel (especially because of the high altitude) but it's worth it. Within walking distance from the main Plaza in Cusco and situated in the lovely, quiet, historical San Blas neighborhood. The views from our room were incredible. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Despite the chilly nights, we had a good night's rest in the comfy beds with down comforters. They even had a turn down service and placed heating pads under the covers to keep the bed nice and toasty. We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant and thought the food was rather good. Laundry service was extremely cheap and super fast. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very kind friendly staff. The special events advertised at the hotel were not available which was disappointing and not what we paid for. They need to have Do not disturb signs available for the rooms because our room was entered two times while we're were inside
