The staff seemed to be new. When I checked in, she couldn't find my booking. When I checked out, he asked if I haved paid. There are only 2 bathrooms for so many dormitory guests. There isn't a commune room, people cram in the room, not so comfortable. Breakfast is good: cereal and milk, bread and jam. In total, just an average hostel.

L'accueil à été très positif, cependant, le personnel ne parle pas anglais et a du mal à situer les lieux d'intérêt sur une carte. Malgré une chambre propre, il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la douche après 4h du matin, l'eau est alors glaciale.

It was a great basic place to stay for a few days, we stayed here for a few days before and after our trek! They were able to hold our luggage as well. Only complaint was the water was not the warmest.

Really wonderful staff and great location for our last two nights in Cuzco! Hot water somewhat problematic but staff's response was swift if not totally effective. Great breakfast and spotless kitchen which we did make use of!

A cama do hostel era horrível e o aquecedor ficou sem gás no primeiro dia e depois de solucionado era difícil de regular a temperatura. Tínhamos ficado em outro hostel na cidade pelo mesmo preço e achamos que este não era comparável ao outro em relação ao conforto.

Tive problemas com o chuveiro que não aquecia a água. Após solicitação de auxílio pelo staff, o problema foi resolvido. Porém, houve vazamento de água no banheiro (acredito que do vaso sanitário). O café da manhã é bem simples, somente pão, manteiga e sucrilhos

Great Value. Good Location

This was a nice hotel. Clean. Relaxed atmosphere. Good location - reasonably close to the Plaza de Armas. Showers were hot. Continental breakfast was nice. The staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to help me revise my travel plans when the road to Puno was closed due to a strike.

Decent hostel. Good for the price.

Overall, pretty decent hostel. We had issues with our check-in. We booked a sale price for a family room (sleeps floor). We accidentally clicked two people in the search, but made a note that there would be four of us. They did not want to honor the price when we arrived. We negotiated a compromise, but it was still frustrating. The rooms were fairly decent. Pretty standard hostel. The shower was mostly hot, but had random spurts of cold and low pressure. Pretty solid location to the plaza for the price.

Atendentes atenciosos.

Reservei um dia, viajei pra outra cidade perto e voltei pro mesmo Hostel depois. O primeiro dia fiquei em um quarto com janela, depois fui pra um quarto sem janela e não tive como trocar. Tive problemas com água fria quase todo dia, tinha que ir lá reclamar e o moço tentava arrumar, mas nem sempre funcionava. Ao todo fiquei lá 5 dias. Os atendentes são muito legais. O café da manhã é simples, ao menos tem leite (não bebo café puro). A localização do Hostel é boa, a 4 quadras da praça principal. É um local bem silencioso e isso pra mim é o mais importante.

nice hostel at a good location

The room was very clean and they cleaned it daily. Top service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We could left our package at the hostel during our trip to machu picchu,that was very helpful. unfortunately,our reservation for the same room after our trip dit not work, although they confirmed the reservation. there was no private room available for the night, but they were obliging and ket us sleep in a dorm for free. mistakes can happen, in my opinion that is good customer service!
