Very beautiful place and views. there's no heater in the rooms, so is very cold, but everything went out find! Also too many stairs to climb after a long day walking and tours, but we mange it well too. We love the surrounding near the Hotel and breakfast was good. In general love the place.
The property is beautiful, however it’s showing wrong location on Google maps. Casa de campo will be the right spot. Our room had fireplace but due to no ventilation room gets smokey. Amazing staff! Internet pretty weak and inconsistent. Amazing view of the city. Get ready to walk up some steps to get there!

Make sure you contact them via WhatsApp (not expedia app) a few weeks before arrival or you’ll be stuck outside for HOURS until someone comes to open the door for checkin…(we had an owner at a neighboring hostel get in contact for us after waiting). However, beautiful views. Cleanliness was OK. Rooms were COLD. No heating. Make sure you pay extra for a fireplace room.
I loved how quiet and surrounded by nature this property was, with an epic view! Worth climbing the stairs to get there. :) It is walking distance to restaurants and shops in the beautiful San Blas neighbourhood, and also walking distance to some incredible mountain trails and archeological sites. Free breakfast and coffee/tea with a view every morning was perfect and the staff was so kind and friendly. My room felt cozy and clean, with rustic charm, nature just outside my windows, nice warm blankets and a comfy bed. Good hot shower. I felt safe here, and in Cusco in general, as a solo female. There is a decent communal kitchen for preparing something basic. No water filtration system, so the choice was to either buy bottled water or boil water. I chose to drink boiled water and had no problem. The wifi was spotty and inconsistent as was my CUY/CLARO cellular reception. I was unable to maintain consistent video calls and found it challenging for remote working. Like most places in Cusco, the walls are thin, and so you'll hear your neighbours. I recommend ear plugs or headphones. Overall, the guests were all very respectful and relaxed. Not a party vibe place, which was perfect for me. The room was advertised as having a fireplace, though the staff told me it cannot be used. I had been looking forward to a nice cozy fire on those cold Cusco nights. I would return to Casa de Campo the next time I pass through Cusco. The quiet nature vibe was a perfect oasis amidst the busy city.
GORGEOUS hostel!! Amazing views, lovely plants, yummy breakfast.
Keep in mind - the stairs to get to your room are killer; especially after experiencing Machu Picchu, Humantay Lake, and Rainbow Mountain + Red Valley. My knees and glutes were feeling the burn.
Disappointed that the fireplace + hot tub did not work :( although it does say “bathtub” it did not fill the tub w hot or warm water - would’ve been nice after a long day of hiking. We were given a small heater that did not keep us warm but the wool blankets were so cozy. Still very cold nights in the winter time. On the plus side there is a massage studio next door.
SCAM, was told they gave my room away when I got there and they offered no suitable alternative, I had to book with a different hotel and I was told in person I could get a refund by contacting Expedia, they repeatedly hang up on Expedia agents who need confirmation to avoid granting the refund after days of trying.

Would like to find out who does the vetting for this hotel. I would start by letting you know that the facility was outdated. Had no heat, did not provide portable heaters with temperatures in the lower 40's degrees. Only blanklets that weren't enough most of the time.
The bathroom was a complete disaster holes in the wall behind the sink, the shower drain was partially clogged. In a stay of almost 10 nights we had 2 days when the water heater was out of service. My wife one night had to take a shower with cold water only to learn after the fact that there was no hot water. The only good thing that can be mentioned about this hotel is the staff that tried to work with the little that they had to offer. Over. the past few years we have used and relied on the services of Expedia to make sure the we get the most of our trips. Also, the 2 reservations that I booked for my family at the Hidden Garden Hotel in Cuzco were not the greatest of services, very dissapointing experience in all.

Choosing this hotel was the worst, they charged me and it is not operating, there was no one and I do not understand how it is possible for it to appear in ORBITZ if there is no one working, the Hotel has been closed for several weeks. unfortunately I realized the same day that I arrived at the hotel, and I had to find another hotel that same afternoon. it is a pity.

Nice placing. Very beauty view. A lot of plants. This hotel has a very good atmosphere.
Great place for those who looking for quite stay with amazing view!
Friendly staff ( barely speaking English but very kind and helpful)
Good room, with super hot shower, we had a tiny balcony - with spectacular view on the city!!! Better than any other place we’ve been.
Perfect place for our one night in Cusco. Only a 7 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas. Was pretty chilly, but there were lots of extra blankets.

I stayed here 2 nights, and actually the smaller double superior room I enjoyed more than the jr suite. Overall the stay was great. I made a fire both nights and was comfy. It is cold at night, but plenty of blankets to use and the morning sun overlooking the city is fantastic!! will be back one day. gracias por todo
Posizione dell’hotel davvero suggestiva. Dalla terrazza era possibile vedere tutta Cuzco.
Personale molto disponibile, gentile e preparato.
É stato un soggiorno piacevole anche se solo per un giorno.
Brilliant views, very friendly staff but very steep steps. Heidy is awesome - English speaking and on top of everything. We were there in Winter - the heating is pretty lame. There was a fireplace in one room but the logs were too long for it - the lit logs would fall on the wooden floor - a definite fire hazard. All in all a great place and give the feeling of living in a tree house. Recommended 👍
Casa de campo would not be my first choice if I were to go to Cusco again. It would probably be toward the bottom of my list. The room was not comforatable. It was missing basic things like light bulbs and power outlets and a shower head. The bathroom had an awful smell that permitted throughout the entire space. The WiFi doesn’t work, that was the most annoying thing. The rest I could deal with because I was only spending one night, but WiFi was essential. My brother was able to connect on his crappy android device though. Also, there an inconveniently and dangerously placed pipe jutting out of the wall in the stairway, it almost caught me in the face on multiple occasions. The bed was not soft. We had a two bed room and there was only 1 spare blanket. I asked for another and was brought a dingy blanket that looked as though it had been stored in shed for a few years. Also, there was a very loud chorus of street dogs that kept us awake all night. eg the barking chain (see “101 Dalmatians”).
It did however have a nice view over the city. And maybe this is just how the hotels in Cusco are. But it wasn’t something I’d want to do again.
