Staffs talked loud and not thinking of clients that want to rest more. No hooks to hang the towels eather inside the washroom or in the room.No ventilation. The air is very suffocating.
The owner is really friendly, helped me with all my problems even we had some problems communicating with each other (the language barrier plays a big role).
I didn't stay there overnight, as I have some problems with my feet and you have to get through lots of stairs to go to the hotel and the room.
Think twice if you have large luggage or knee problems!

Great place
Betty, the owner bends over backwards to accommodate. Water is not hot for showers, but warm enough. Same as everywhere else

Not necessarily wirth every oenny
Yes, it's cheap and centrally located on a historic Inka street... But Betty is trying too hard and has weird boundaries about stuff. I likeed Betty a lot, but she's not up front.
