The location of the property is perfect, only about 5-10mins walk from Plaza de Armas. The hotel is small and intimate which is perfect. The staff were exceptional. We landed a little after 6am and we were allowed to check-in by 8am, no extra cost. They also ensured that we ate everyday before we left the hotel before breakfast hours.
The room was clean and fresh. The only con is the room was extremely cold we got a heater though but if you do not book via Expedia you will be required to pay PEN 10.00 per day to use it. Also, the water pressure from the shower was it as strong and the 'hot' water was lukewarm, not hot.
Overall, we enjoyed the property and would definitely recommend to anyone going to Cusco.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was clean and roomy with good water pressure. The staff was friendly, helpful - just lovely!!! Breakfast included eggs, yogurt, bread and wonderful strong coffee!!! Certainly enough to start the day. And the location is perfect. Close to everything! My only suggested to the hotel - please add more hooks on the walls and bathroom doors. Just some hookes to hang clothes and towels and to help keep your guests organized. I would happily stay here again!

Room was not cleaned for 2 days. We were there for 4 nights
As a first-time visitor to Peru, I stayed at two other hotels in the same high-altitude region before this one, and both provided heaters free of charge. Because of that, I assumed heating was considered a basic amenity in such cold locations. This hotel charged extra for a portable heater, and that was not clearly disclosed during booking. Future guests should be aware that rooms can get very cold at night unless you pay additional fees for heating.
Loved that hotel held our bags while we’re on our 5-day trek. Also grateful they arranged a taxi to pick us up from the hotel and also take us back to airport. They also allowed us to sit in the lobby the hour+ before our taxi was due even though we had checked out earlier in the day. No free coca tea, but everything else was fine.
The room was spacious and allowed my friend and I sufficient space to prepare for our multi day trek. My only complaint is that the hotel did not make available coca tea unless you purchased it from the adjoining coffee shop. On previous trips, all other hotels made this available.
Dont book the king room, there is a broken external door which lets cold and lots of noise in. There is also a skylight with no blind so you will be woken at 5am every day. It was also unclean. We booked this but immediately asked to move rooms, and was given an inferior room downstairs - this still had its issues (no windows, broken toilet seat, dodgy tap, etc) but was better. Hotels.Com mention fridges and soundproofing but none of this is true. Also, there is no heating in the hotel, you have to rent one for 7 USD/night if you want the privilege of warmth. There is no safe in the rooms either so we didnt feel comfortable letting the maid in to clean while we were out. Breakfast was bread, ham, cheese and an egg with some yoghurt and a glass of juice.
Quarto limpo, cafe da manha razoável, otimo atendimento. Minha unica reclamação seria a agua do chuveiro que demora pra esquentar uns 10 minutos e na realidade nao esquenta muito, fica morno.
