"The staff, such as servers and drivers were incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. I am so grateful for their services. They went above and beyond accommodating for elder needs. The office staff we're direct and informative, but a little smile wouldn't hurt. The venue itself is gorgeous for those who enjoy antiques. They have so much that the more you look, you'll see something new. Definitely a spot for amazing pictures. It almost looks like a museum. The rooms were a little tight in space and the plumbing is horrible. But I think that's just throughout all of El Salvador. Shout out to Rafael, our driver for going above and beyond on our drive. We enjoyed your company and conversation. Thank you for entertaining my grandfather with answering his questions. God bless you! "The view was phenomenal and worth it. My room had windows in the ceiling, and it was a full moon when I was there. When I woke up in the middle of the night I looked outside and the lake was lit up and a rare and beautiful sight. I wish I could've stayed longer. Be aware that this place is high in the mountains. To get to the rooms will require a lot of walking down and up stairs. Not for weak knees or people who can't walk long distance. I might have brought my elderly mom here, luckily she is in good health but still something to know if you're coming here. Perfect for couple's retreat! Well worth it! The staff was attentive and in great shape, I believe it comes with being part of the gig. "
