Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

O quarto é simples, nada velho demais, é bem amplo, dependendo do andar a vista é bem bonita pois tem sacada, o chuveiro é razoavelmente bom. Resumindo o cusyo benefício é otimo, só não gostamos muito da cama. Estávamos no oitavo andar e ouvimos um pouquinho de barulho pois o hotel fica literalmente na avenida e em frente a estação rodoviária e de trem, mas quem vai viajar para acordar tarde ? rs. O cafe é so ate as 10h, rs. No mais, voltaremos sim, dependendo do preco.

O hotel é bem localizado, os aptos são grandes, no entanto, o imóvel carece de manutenção, ver- se claramente q o tempo destroi coisas, cm portas, banheiros e n há a conservação necessária. Hospedei em 2 períodos distintos em aptos diferentes, os 2 estavam c o vaso entupido. Fiz questão de avisar aos funcionários, n foram tomadas as devidas providências. Opinião minha, não vi interesse dos funcion, exceto a camareira q logo comunicou à manutenção. O ponto alto é a limpeza no apto, parabéns! Pontos negativos foram aspectos administrativos, rigidez no horário c relação à entrada, 14hs, tive q esperar p mais de 3hs e sabendo q o apto estava vago, muita mesquinhez! após este tempo, quando a moça fez o meu check-in, subi e vi que o apto fora usado e não limpo. Ou seja, tive que descer e esperar por quase 1 hora. A rigidez de entregar o cartão na recepção, toda vez que saia ou entrava tinha que solicitar ou entregar o cartão de acesso na portaria. tinha que esperar o atendimento de quem estava chegando. Pareceu-me um hotel no serviço público, burocrático e ineficiente. Qto ao café da manhã é bom se o hóspede chegar as 06h30, depois desse horário, pode esquecer que não fazem a reposição dos alimentos. O hotel tinha mts hóspedes no 1º período, talvez isso causou transtornos, mas n se justifica os problemas citados. Por fim, NAO me hospedaria neste hotel, pois p mim tem o lado negativo de n ter ônibus direto p aeroporto (tem mas fica 1,2km), n há mercado próximo, e quem n tem carro di

Precisa de manutenção e limpeza
O Hotel precisa urgente de manutenção e limpeza. Carpets sujos e descoladas nos corredores, as portas dos quartos e wc horríveis. E pouca higiene no café da manhã, os talheres são colocados praticamente molhados no buffet. Tem formiguinhas pequenas nas mesas.

RESERVA MUITO MAL ORGANIZADA
Quando da reserva do apartamento, foram apontados todos requisitos (Casal+filha), chegando no local haviam 03 camas de solteiro e na foto da reserva aparecia uma cama casal e outra de solteiro. Na recepcao do hotel, o recepcionista foi muito mal educado onde DUVIDOU DA MINHA INFORMAÇÃO e que havia uma familia na mesma situacao que a minha... RECEPCIONISTA MUITO MAL EDUCADO... E ATE AGRESSIVO EM CERTOS MOMENTOS.

Experiência razoável.
A estadia foi razoável. O estacionamento era pago, em local afastado do hotel, com manobrista. Limpeza estava ok, apenas alguns cabelos no banheiro. A cama de casal, eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, deixando um "buraco" no meio da cama. Café da manhã com poucas opções e em local pequeno, precisamos aguardar em torno de 15 minutos para que liberasse alguma mesa.
