"This place is absolutely accommodating. I booked this hotel/room for my kids and my daughter lost her wallet on the way from Orange County to San Jose. By the time they checked in, she doesn't have any credit cards but the manager accommodated them due to unfortunate circumstance, BIG thanks to the hotel I am glad they did let my kids checked in since I was out of the country travelling. "Elevators were undergoing repairs but we were never notified. Only option we were given was a 4th floor room and when asked for a room on a lower level we were told that the the 4th floor was the only option even though the parking lot was had few vehicles in it. "
