"I had a wonderful stay. Initially planned to stay for a week but had to extend for a few weeks due to a medical emergency. The staff at the front desk were super welcoming, easy to deal with and accomodating with my regular requests to extend for a few extra days at a time. Would highly reccomend"

"On our arrival, we were pleased with our appt & balcony view, but found it was very cold & turned off the Air condition, & reported to reception who were very helpful & given an extra blanket for our bed I spoke to the lady Manager who was very nice & explained that the air condition was on Satalite & would try improve it, but didnt happen & had to put on Jumpers to keep warm & lucky there was a tv in the bed room & had early nights in bed, & must admit spoild our holiday a little, the staff...

"Very convenient and good choice for the city. Some bathroom features are a little tired but overall, rooms are large, you can use the Mantra pool and access to the Esplanade is great. Desk service was great: stored my luggage and gave me a towel so I could swim until checkin/room was ready. Desk staff friendly. Delighted to have a bath with my room. Some bowls and cutlery in studio rooms would be great. But otherwise, a good deal. "

"Moved here after staying the Hilton for a work event, definitely loved the relaxed vibe of this place, nice and quiet and would have preferred to stay here over the Hilton as more homely. Would definitely stay here again"

"Clean and tidy with all the essentials included. Very central location. Its a cheaper than some and so attracts a mix of cients. And its on the edge of the area where bands etc happen. Would be great option for backpackers and those wanting a compact place to sleep. "
