"I stayed for a week and i have to say it was amazing. The views from the pool area was spectacular. The outside area was neat and cozy, the service was top notch, and the area was very quiet and safe. One thing I feel is necessary to point out was that the bathroom needed a bit of a deeper clean, other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay. The area helped us recognize the beautiful pacific coast of El Salvador. 10/10 recommend."

"We were super happy with our stay here! The area is beautiful and a 2 min walk to oceanfront restaurants/bars. The hotel seemed new and everything was very clean. Comfortable beds, AC unit, large shower with hot water and great water pressure. Secure parking lot, friendly staff. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely stay here again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Monti-Villa. We’ve never gotten so much bang for our buck until we stayed here. If being too big of a place was an issue, it was kind of a nice to have that issue all to ourselves. Our hosts, Lucy, Rene, and Jose were all very nice and courteous. "Me toco comprar mi propio papel higiénico porque no había papel en ningún baño un sola toalla por cuarto dicen que tenían cable y no funciona en ninguna televisión y estuvimos varias horas sin energía eléctrica me tocó trabajar de plomero y limpiar el sink de la cocina las tuberías rotas debajo del sink era un desastre por el precio que pague lo considero una estafa "

"It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me.
