My room had a balcony and the balcony door didn't close. The staff knew I was traveling with a small kid, a non lockable balcony is a risk. They sent 3 different staff groups go my room to check and fix it and none of them fixed it, all of them claimed it was fixed and pretended to try to open the balcony door to show it was fixed and I tried too and it just opened, it wasn't fixed. Then the lady at the lobby told me I there were no more rooms so I had to take it or she could put me in contact with the person who could fix the door (a quick search in Expedia showed they did have rooms, my wife called and asked for a room and they told her they had rooms). It was night already and we decided to stay as it was just one night.
We went to the cafeteria for breakfast and they had dirty plates and glasses, I had to tell the employees as they hadn't noticed, or so they claimed.
When checking out nobody asked if the stay was good, my wife told the lady at the lobby that everything was awful and she just ignored her.
I would never stay at this place again, not even if they paid me to.
