"We had a fantastic stay at the Cheval Three Quays. The apartments are spacious , have spectacular views on the Thames and all the amenities you can possibly as for. The location could not be better with a Starbucks and Pret Manager right across the street , access to the Uber boat within a 2 min walk and easy access to public transportation.
The staff were very courteous and they made sure we had a comfortable stay .
We will definitely be returning on our next visit to London ."

"This is just a great product. Loved the sustainable philosophy and partner products as well as the shared spaces. The too was hot during the night despite the fan, but we are having a heatwave and it didn’t spoil our stay. We loved it and will definitely return."

"The layout of the place is great, very chilled and relaxed. Great location and handy for Regent’s Park. Studio was excellent and quiet.
Downsides, when the weather is warm the memory foam bed is very hot but fan supplied. Would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier - say 7:30."

"Very pleasant, polite, and helpful staff. Good service quality, prompt response to my requests. Clean and large rooms, excellent location. We enjoyed our stay. A minor flaw is that the sofa bed is a bit saggy."

"I have stayed here before, and would recommend it in general. What I did not appreciate were the repeated check in messages that said action needed, click to pay. I had already prepaid through Expedia. The hotel is part of a chain called Numa, and Expedia and Numa seemed to be jockeying for info about check in. Annoying. Staff were great. A/C was great. Especially during the heat wave. Bathroom was very clean but wood floor was not especially clean. Some kind of nuts or seeds were present."

""Good property, well connected with metro stations nearby. However, toilet paper was very limited, there were no cloths in the kitchen, and the only one available when we arrived was very dirty. There was no broom for cleaning, and everything had too many instructions about not moving or touching things.""
