"Indoor pool is large and warm. Outdoor pool is large and not cold in October. Big delicious breakfast. Only th8Olive restaurant was open for alacarte lunch and dinner. Large menu and food. Two bedroom suite. Larg room. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Property is a little worn. Air conditioning could be colder. Staff was very helpful."

"Staff and facilities are excellent. Trang organised all our trips and transfers faultlessly."

"Spacious room; the buffet breakfast was very extensive and good"

"Un hôtel calme dans une rue située à l écart. Personnel très aimable."

"We had a fantastic time at Flamingo Cat Ba! Our concierge, Tran, was always super helpful and friendly coming with recommendations for what to do on the island and also sorting out bookings and scooter rentals for a good price. The views from this hotel are next to none, wake up to sunrise over Ha Long Bay, absolutely magical! And the breakfast and dinner buffet was very varied and tasty. 10/10 experience🙌"

"Super helpful staff, made things very easy"

"good for everything"

"The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are luxury, the bed is comfortable and the water was very hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, the staff went out their way. The manager Nam made our stay amazing. He arranged all our activities and transportation. Thanks Nam"

"Check in with mark was great! We were only there for 12 hours to sleep before taking the cruise We had the last room near electric room"

"Hotel was clean and staff, like most Vietnamese were lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Hard to get any information from hotel due to a little bit of communication breakdown on the day we tried, but there are plenty of tour shops around the area. A lot of construction across the road, but it will be amazing when finished."

"Beautiful hotel and pool. Great service. Excellent breakfast. The only thing that can be improved is stronger coffee. After all this is Vietnam!"

"Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you."
