"Our room was clean, however the beds were worn out and too soft. They caused us to have back pain. Also, the sheets and bed were hot which caused us to not sleep well. They had no hashbrowns, no hard boiled eggs, no pastries like muffins or danish only plain yogurt with no fresh berries to add to it. "Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"We arrived to this property after getting off the Norwegian Bliss for an Alaskan cruise. Our rooms were ready for us when we arrived. That was great because some of our party was not feeling well.This allowed them to rest in the room as we had an excursion planned for the afternoon. "Well where to start. We stayed 3 nights but only slept there. The Good....the lady in the office was an abdolute gem. She is probably the best thing about this place. She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her. The Bad.... the rooms were big but the room was a little worse for wear, holes burnt into the couch, floor boards broken, hole in bathroom door. Cabinetry missing. It was clean and tidy but definitely had wear and tear. It does have great...

"We stayed almost 3 weeks. 2 nights before our completed stay my son was told bt management we needed to check out a day early. We were paid for 21 days. We only stayed 20. The front desk girl was rude, we had to call the police and then WE were trespassed. It was a very uncomfortable experience...people offering fentanyl n showing off guns in the parking lot. Will NEVER return even after our trespass is up..poor management 😕"
