"The staff were amazing. Early parking access was a plus. Our room was available before check in was a plus. The resort itself could use an update but overall the room was great. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. To have two bathrooms and a sauna in the room was a bonus. The location was fantastic. Close to everything but far enough away that noise in the evening was not an issue."

"The loft suite had a nice gathering for my birthday celebration for 4 of us. Downstairs had a living room with a pullout couch. We hung out there lots when we were in the room. "The best location you can ask for. Steps from the gondola. Would really love this place but the property is pretty worn out. Lots of loose plumbing fixtures, banged up hardware, worn out finishings. We liked the pool, hot tub, in-room sauna (we had the loft unit). Clean sheets and towels. Just needs better maintenance and quality oversight. "
