Coconut Coast Villas

"We very much enjoyed our stay at Coconut Coast. The villas are quite good sized, very close to the car ferry docks, and fairly easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of parking there, and generally we ended up parking there and walking to town, since parking in town was expensive and hard to find. The place has a well maintained pool, and free snorkel gear to borrow. We appreciated the fact that they allow us access to their laundry after 3:30pm too. That was really a great bonus. The place also has an honor-system snack and drink area, where you can pick up some beer, soda, chips, etc. Overall, the location was good, we really appreciated the full kitchen, the air conditioning, and the balcony overlooking the ocean was terrific. We would likely stay again if we ever come back."

"I was terribly ill beginning only the 2nd night of our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful with making sure I had anything I needed, including a personal ride to the medical center on the island. While I wasn't able to leave my room to explore on St. John, their hospitality and caring made my stay as pleasant as it could be. For that, I am so grateful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I hope to visit again one day."

"Decent breakfast provided. Egg o waffles, packaged english muffins and bagels. Fruit or yogurt would have been a nice addition. Wonderful that they allowed us to use beach equipments- chairs, toys, cooler, towels. Patio was nice to eat at (there are cats that hang around however). Clean, close to the grocery stores and the ferry. Nice pool."

"My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean. We had amazing sunset views from our balcony, and the furnishing were high quality. The stairs to the bedroom are relatively steep, so a lower level unit would be better for guests with limited mobility. Parking is very limited, but a staff member is available to help move cars that might be parked 2 deep. The close proximity to north shore beaches and Cruz Bay dining was great."
