The location is great and the hotel staff is welcoming. It’s more run down than advertising videos show. Housekeeping was short staffed one day but we were ok with that and just asked for a couple of towels and received it right away.
Honny and Sim at the front desk were extra helpful and wonderful in helping when our key entry needed a reboot and when we needed a taxi reserved for the airport. Super quick service!
The cafe right next door was perfect for breakfast.
The short walk to Darling Harbor was safe and easy! Our best meal was at Nick’s near the water. Went to Sea Life which is also at Darling Harbor. We also easily walked to QVB and shops, and Chinatown for a variety of Asian food.
