"The staff at the desk were on their phones every time I passed by and in 4 days, only one time did anyone look up and say hi. The cleaning crew puts the latch in the door and goes in and out several times letting the door bang on the latch, that got so irritating every day. Other than that it was a great visit, the place was very clean."

"Hotel itself was clean. The pool had broken stairs on the ladder. Informed the front desk and the next morning it was closed so couldn’t use it again on our stay. Paid for breakfast ahead on our stay. Breakfast was decent tasting. Waited for toast to come until after our meal was cold and almost done and the toast was dry and cold with 1 slice which seamed odd."

"Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend "

"The room was very clean. The shower was clean. I liked the design of the shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall the room was comfortable and clean. The lobby was dated and small. The woman who checked us in was very nice and offered us a bottled water. The set up of the lobby was uninviting, however, with glass between us and a small place to slide my ID. She had a little door to slide the water bottles through, which made it feel like it may be a shady, unsafe area. I would stay there again,...

"We stayed here during the Biggest Bird Festival. Great location. 30 minutes to Magee's Marsh stopping by Starbucks on the way and get ice. Chose this hotel because it had a restaurant which paid off on days after 12,000 steps! Also has a bar. Food was a little pricey but very good. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The only think we didn't like was the parking situation. It was OK when there were no events at the Convention Center or Ballroom or Baseball Stadium. But when there was,...

"Terrible! Building is under construction inside the elevator and floors in the building were dirty, the bed was so worn down it felt like I was sleeping on the ground. There was a large gap under the door, the hallway lights lit up our room. Also they charge $10 for parking but don’t tell you until after they charge your card for it. "

"The room wasn't as clean as it should be. The tv remote didn't work correctly. The bed sheets don't fit and continually come undone. The furniture it beginning to look shabby and my door key was deactivating during my stay."

"The listing said that breakfast was included, but there was nothing. The room smelled like a used litter box that hasn’t been cleaned out and it was a VERY strong horrible odor. There was black mold in the AC unit. Stains all over the carpet. There were no trash cans in the room nor bathroom to throw anything away. "
