"We had a wonderful stay at the Golden Bay Hotel. Orlando was quick to respond to help set up our transfer to and from the airport. Jorge did a great job of picking us up and telling us about Belize and places to see. Orlando was quick and efficient at check in while telling us about the construction for the expansio of their property. He offered to move us to a quieter room and then comped us breakfast when we told him we would be fine where we were. Breakfast was fabulous and the views from the rooftop were a great way to kick off our trip. Johnathan was also great in taking us back to the airport to meet our tour group in the afternoon. All around great stay!"

"I had a great stay! The owner was incredibly responsive and replied quickly to questions. I was traveling solo and was unfamiliar to the area, so the pick-up and drop-off at the airport were perfect. My flight arrived early but the driver was able to pick me up before the planned time and even come find me on the other side of the airport. I felt comfortable and safe. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and one of the best I had on my entire trip! Communication was excellent. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the air conditioner and refrigerator in the room were exactly what I needed. I'm grateful for the exceptional service from all of the staff and will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank you for making the last day of my trip fantastic!"
