"Clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom is roomy, but lighting needs improvement. In this âge of multiple devices more USB outlets would be helpful. I disputes a small charge on my bill and was given quick satisfaction, which I appreciate."

"Of the five hotels we stayed at during our Black Hills road trip, this was our favorite. The room felt homey and comfortable, wasn't dated, and was well maintained. Plus, it was a short drive to Devils Tower. If you stay here, eat at 77 Steakhouse (delicious)."

"A lovely hotel in a wonderful setting. No significant complaints other than they did not refresh the room during our stay. Normally hotels will post a notice regarding the frequency of towel replacement and housekeeping. This one did not. The associated Latchkey restaurant had excellent table fare. The staff was attentive but the kitchen was slow. We didn't care as we were not in a hurry. We would rate both at a 9 out of 10."

"Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and neat. Nice and quiet. There was no elevator which was not a problem. The only negative was the free wifi was turned off at midnight."
