"Lovely, clean and reasonably new complex to stay at. Has modern furnishing and decor. We probably didn’t appreciate how far out or tucked away in Frankton it actually was. It was disappointing there wasn’t a cafe/ restaurant on site and what was there was a nespressso machine and packet food. It was a fine place to stay for one night but expensive for location and amenities. "

"Appalling Stay – Unsanitary, Poor Maintenance, and Administrative Chaos I stayed in on March 2nd and it was a disaster from start to finish. Redundant Data Collection: They sent a link prior to check-in requesting passport and credit card details. However, upon arrival, I had to provide everything again. It raises serious concerns about why they are collecting sensitive data if it isn't used for check-in. Poor Communication: Five minutes after entering, the reception called twice (the phone was broken/silent). Suddenly, staff appeared at the door to check for leaks. The lack of clear communication via phone and the immediate intrusion was highly unprofessional. Disgusting Hygiene: All four mugs/glasses in the room were filthy with visible coffee and drink stains. I had to scrub them myself before use. Maintenance Failure: The AC unit was improperly installed and covered in thick dust, which fell in clumps when turned on. Furthermore, the bathroom exhaust fan would not turn off despite using the switch, causing loud noise throughout the entire night. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and sleep quality."

"THE bed was very comfortable. The bathroom contained everything we needed. Coffee and tea was available in the room and there was a refrigerator with milk. Could not have asked for more"

"A beautiful hotel on the lakes edge. Rooms were spacious, the view was incredible, they had a great breakfast selection, carpark was just across the road. Only thing was, it’s a slight drive out of Queenstown, but very close to airport. There is the option of the water taxi which runs every hour and picks up straight out the front of the hotel. $10-$14 one way "

"The property itself was wonderful. Beautiful location, clean, comfortable and convenient. We stayed here twice and loved it both times. Only downside was the check-in on our 2nd visit when our room wasnt ready until 5.30pm (3.5 hours after check-in started) which left us hanging around the lobby with 2 tired toddlers which was one of the worst check-in experiences I've encountered. Although the receptionist was doing everything she could to get the room cleaned and ready ASAP, it was still completely unacceptable. We were allowed a late-check out at the very least. "

"The apartments are very clean, very quiet and have a lovely green space. We are a couple that love to walk so we walked to the restaurant area and grocery stores. they have a great activity center Highlands Motorsport Park, if you want to have some fun!"
