Not the best
The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment.

Cromer Country Club is a good walk from the Town Centre, we walked the cliff path down to the pier and walked back through the town centre - all uphill going back so you need to be fit or at least fitter than we are.

In my opinion Overstrand is better than Cromer which is too busy at times.
