"Lovely property. You will feel very safe here. I think we may have been in the lobby at a weird time as the woman at reception seemed rushed when we checked in. Later, when we were checking out, another woman was at the reception desk. She was fine but never smiled. So either my child taking a few pieces of candy from the Easter baskets was annoying, or she was having a "off" morning. The bell hop, the people at the luggage desk, and valet were lovely. "
