"From check in to check out this staff was one of the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. The run was spotless and breakfast was fresh, hot and very good. 10 out of 10 for this place"

"After flying in and taking a nap, we were going to shower and noticed an odd smell in our bathroom. The shower and tub were filthy, there was water damage on the ceiling, and I have a mold sensitivity. There were also a few lights in our room that do not work. After going to the front to discuss the issues, the front desk guy offered another room for the night. We told him we wanted to check the room first. I'm glad we did, because the room door was actually left slightly open, and it looked like someone had just left it since there were dirty sheets. The bathroom was also dirty, and the ceiling in the hotel room itself was damaged. Not to mention it was a two queen bedroom, and an entire mattress was missing??? You can’t make this kind of stuff up. We went back to the front desk and let him know that we will be leaving in the morning and would like to cancel the rest of our booking. He said we have to speak to the manager in the morning. The manager never came, and even after we left, the front desk never connected us to them no matter how many times we called. Absolutely atrocious. And the refund process is insane… if you love horrible room conditions and the most unhelpful staff, you’ll love it here!"

"This was one of the worst stays in a hotel I’ve ever had. When we got to our room, there was a sticky substance all over the floor. The amount of trash and dirt on the floor was astounding. The toilet seat was completely broken. And the shampoo and conditioner holders were ripped off of the wall and the squirt handle was broken off. Making it hard to use. The bedding had fresh stains on them. And then the final straw was when I was blow drying my hair with the blow dryer provided and the blow dryer blew up with sparks and filled the bathroom with smoke and our room with a scorched smell. I told the front desk and they apologized but seemed disinterested. I will never stay here again. The lack of care about cleanliness and basic maintenance really needs to be addressed."

"The first room had a sink that backed up and coughed up what looked like gravel. It qad damp and mildewey. We were given a new room, which was a significant improvement. Both rooms lacked washcloths and despite having irons, there were no ironing boards. The restaurant and bar were not operating. We could have stayed at a lesser priced hotel with the lack of amenities."

"Even though they were remodeling which you are aware of the staff was excellent and all areas were maintained and very clean. "
