"Everybody here was very nice, helpful and eager to assist. The location was great and was accessible to a lot of dining and shopping places, not to mention an ikea down the street. This experience will definitely bring us back."

"Property is well maintained, clean floors/carpet, clean and spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Nice pool, workout room. Only drawback is that it's located next to the 5 fwy, which can be convenient for travel/transportation, but also lacks a city vibe, but does have restaurants within walking distance."
"One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The air conditioner actually worked and let us set it as cold as we wanted. We slept great and cool. And the blackout blinds are the best thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel!
We asked for a quiet room and they happily accommodated. The staff was so friendly. The only thing we were shocked at was parking was so expensive. Not used to paying for parking but he hotel was exceptionally wonderful! Close by the airport and just can’t say enough about cold...
"Staff at hotel are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast pastry was delicious, as was the coffee. Staff will get you your particular pastry if none is on the tray. The pool is cute, as is the whole motel. While we always got a parking space there isn’t a plentiful supply…There is a supermarket within 10 mins walk (Vons), and WB is just 10 mins walk away. Both of these walks are safe. Great hotel in lovely, safe area and well serviced with restaurants. "
"Very clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. Ive stayed here once before and it was clean, comfortable and in good shape. That's why I decided to stay here. We were going to be coming in...
"This hotel was nice, very quiet, rooms were a good size and beds were comfy. I did have a small issue but when I spoke to the front desk it was sorted. Staff were great and very helpful. Would definite stay here again. "
"It's a very classic style inn, offering great quality-price rooms. Very clean, nice and spacious. Free self-parking and the all-day available coffee, juice, and drinks are awesome. Breakfast is not that great since it's mostly just bagels, fruit, cereal and pastries but overall the experience is great since the area is pretty quiet and there's a security guard 24/7, apparently. Also, filming happens sometimes there!
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider going back next time!"
"upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others.
