"BUGS EVERYWHERE! I booked this room through Expedia for $192 for the night, so not exactly cheap. I get there late so it's dark and I don't see all the bugs. I wake up and look over to my left to see dead bugs on the pillow (picture for reference). Not on the pillowcase, inside. I told the manager at the front desk, he said since it was booked through a third party, he couldn't offer a refund, but he could add points to my Marriot account. He also explained that they have a bug problem and...

"There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. "

"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert...

"The motel is pretty average and the price is reasonable but the unbelievable location and beach access is worth it alone. You basically have the beach to yourself unlike up the road in Clearwater beach where you can't turn around without running into someone. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future."

"I like the basket of bread, apple and juice they put outside your door in the morning. You can take it to one of the places they have around the site and enjoy your quiet morning."
