Hotel was clean. Towels replaced each day but bed was not made. Mattress was uncomfortable and smaller than stated on reservation. Bathroom window latch was broken so it didn’t close all the way and made it a little chilly at night. The front desk called us on third day informing us water would be turned off for a few hours (slightly inconvenient).Hotel was definitely unique and was like stepping into the 50’s. Price was reasonable.

You have your own personal parking spot right in front of your room. You get a real key not some plastic cars that you have to worry about being by your phone. The heater works really well and the room also has a airpurifier in it for you to use. Right across the street is a deliouce restaurant. We went there for the breakfast but looked like they had good dinner options as well. The harbor is right across the street as well. The mystical trees are 14 miles down the 101 as well so very cool the room is so close to the beach and the trees!

The room was nice. The service with front desk could have been better. The guy wanted to know why I was there and wanted to know who's going to be in the room. Then also said no visitors. When we were just there for my son's football game. I felt like I was getting interrogated by the guy at the front desk. We did enjoy the room though. There was facial hair on the sink when we checked in other than that the room was clean and the beds were comfy.

This is a great mid-century motor court, with agreat vintage vibe. The owner family was super courteous and friendly. Not a lot of amenities, but priced right for that level of service.

Has a great retro motor lodge vibe. Love the Curly Redwood that was used for doors paneling and such. A fun part of history especialy after visiting redwoods all day. Got a great nights sleep. It was clean and would stay again

Nice staff, dealing with local power issues due to forest fires in the area. It's right across from the harbor. The harbor is a fun area to walk about and photograph. A short drive to beautiful beaches.

It worked for us. Obviously an older motel but comfortable and clean. Room had a microwave and refrigerator which is good. Covered parking right next to our room. Near restaurants and Redwood National Park. I’d recommend

Great location by the marina. Covered parking is great in this area. Some rooms are getting the bathrooms renovated and are very nice.

A nice find in Crescent City after pretty much all the hotels closed down due to the fires. Friendly staff, cute woodwork and unique furnishings/decor. The hardware is dated and could use updates, as well as the places and previous places (door jambs, etc) the hardware was attached. I stayed in a different "highly rated" motel a few years back and literally everything in Crescent City is pretty dated and would probably garner a rating of 2 or 3, but since there's no new hotels/motels in the city, everything is rated like 4 to 4.5, LOL.

Property is very dated. Mattress is old and linens are worn. Walls are paper thin and conversations can be heard from the other rooms. Parking was little carports for the vehicles which was a nice feature.

Comfortable basic stay. Checkin was easy. Room is very outdated wish there were no carpet. Towels were very thin. But place was clean even though had a musty smell.

The staff was great, other than a note on the door to leave our key in the room (would be helpful to say if checking out). The bed was horrible, noisy and not comfortable. The lamps have never been dusted, and it hang over the your head. Floors and furnitures are outdated(other than wood walls). The toilet did not flushed well, towels has stains. Mini fridge made noise all night.

Not impressed. Sometimes "vintage" just means "old and worn". Bed not comfortable. There were wild fires on the doorstep of Crescent City and the nearby Redwood parks were effectively not visible. Still, the manager would not let me out of my reservation. Disappointed in both the hotel management and Hotels.com for this.

Check in process less than warm (I was chided politely for showing up an hour later than I had indicated, even though I had called and spoken to someone to adjust the time to an hour later). Room was rather noisy; fyi the two bedroom suite is right next to the vending machine and ice machine, both of which automatically run all night. The shower did not drain at all and was not really usable. The wifi did not connect. It was a very short stay (7 hours) so we didn’t get a chance to talk to anyone about this.

Passing through.
This is a very historic motel. All the Redwood doors, walls, trim, etc. were milled from one giant Curly Redwood Tree. Very cool. Rooms are being updated. Great location for restaurants and the harbor.
