The hotel is a little outdated. It's in the middle of a commercial area and is easy to get to by car. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful. Price is reasonable.

Too dark throughout hotel. The bathroom door was all glass and didn’t provide any seal for privacy or noise. Far too few electrical outlets (2 in room area, zero in bathroom). No USBs anywhere. No ice machine accessible to guests, so staff had to fetch ice if needed. Toilet brush missing or not provided. Glass sink was stylish but not really practical. Tilted windows work better, and there was no window screen to prevent mosquitoes.

Als besonders gut habe ich den Spa Bereich empfunden. Das Essen war nicht so toll und gerade der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ekelhaft. Das Abendessen ist bis 21.00 Uhr möglich. 19.30 Uhr gab es bereits die ersten Speisen nicht mehr und die Kellner haben laut für das Frühstück umgeräumt. Nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen.

Bueno solo si vas a la feria

Si vas a la feria de Vicenza está muy cerca caminando y evitas el tráfico y los taxis. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero el hotel está limpio

I needed to book a room at AC Hotel Vicenza for a friend, who is a war refugee, and needed to work with the staff on arranging payment and logistics from overseas. I was very pleased how helpful the staff was. And my friend absolutely loved this hotel. If I get to visit Vicenza myself sometime, I will book there again.

Check your promised room features.

Friendly staff, their manager didnt care to wear mask though. Our room did not have the promised bathroom or tv size. The excuse was that it was a wheelchair friendly room. And to me thats no excuse,- they could at least have notified us before the stay. The room was ICE cold and we had to argue two days with the staff before we got to borrow a tiny stinky noisy heater. In tge meantime we had already been out to buy extra blankets ourselves. Very disappointed to be fair.
