"The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the sink in the room felt like it was made for a child, very impractical, and water kept splashing all over the bathroom. The restaurant only had one or two plant-based options, and the burgers weren’t tasty. Breakfast was so-so, and £3 for two slices of toast felt a bit much, in my opinion."

"Wonderful hotel in Fort William! 🏔️✨ The hotel is chic, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with beautiful décor throughout. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were super comfortable—perfect after a day exploring the Highlands! 🛏️ The location is also excellent and very convenient for enjoying Fort William and the surrounding area. A stylish, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The single bedroom was perfect - nice shower room and comfy bed, good tea/coffee selection. The outside of the hotel looks really shabby, it desperately needs a coat of paint. Inside however the bar are was nice and the buffet breakfast very good. I’d stay again due to its reasonable rates"

"Excellent hotel ! Very convenient if you want a beautiful properly with amazing meals. The chef is special… besides all the other great dishes, Indian food was authentic. Great selection of alcohol .. we enjoyed G&Ts. Very close to Fort Augustus, great for visiting the Great Glen Gin distillery and Loch Ness ! The location of the hotel is stunning"

"The service was good and we were very happy. However on our first breakfast, the cook came to chastise us for being 5 minutes late! We had requested breakfast at 9.00 am but arrived no more than 5 minutes after 9.00. Then we had to wait 15 minutes for the food."
