"Clean room"

"Everything is pretty standard for a $100/night room. Staff if friendly BUT the room smells old, what I really didn't like were the dirty towels, a couple of them need to be disposed already as it almost looks like a garage towel. Please do something about it. "

"The hot tub was over crowded. I would suggest kids use pool till ten. From ten to midnight adults only. Otherwise very good."

"They evacuated the entire hotel while I had three nights left in my stay. I was forced to get another hotel and on top of that they only reimburse me for two of the three nights. They said this was because I checked out so late, but I was informed midday at work and hadn’t been at the hotel since that morning so I had to double up on payments for a hotel one night"
