"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."

"Very nice and clean hotel, great stay and super convenient. Close to stadium and right next to a mall. Only problem was we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, they were able to get us out and said it happens often due to it being old so i recommend taking the stairs. Overall great place to stay would definitely say again "
