"We had a good stay here. The suite was clean. The building was quiet. Management was responsive. We did find it odd that there was no front desk, and everything was done by phone, but perhaps that's the modern way. We would definitely stay here again."

"The place is under construction—which I usually don’t mind…but this place had a dirt entrance, dysfunctional elevators, my room had already been renovated—with wallpaper coming unglued, bathroom fixtures that felt like they were coming off the wall. The AC was out so they replaced it with a portable AC on such a short cord it was a taut 4”H line right next to the bed. Location is good. Few blocks to Barrington Stage and short drive to Guido’s and Tanglewood. They should not be charging...

"The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."

"The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. The room was clean and thankfully well air conditioned during our stay there in 90 degree weather! The included breakfast was typical fare: eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/pastries, etc. As we were there for only one night, we did not take advantage of the outdoor pool or fire pit, but both appeared to be clean and well...

"The hotel charged 669 w posted room rate of 429 For 669 they noted that the hot water capacity was challenged when hotel was at 100% capacity Also our toilet ran and we had to open up tank to adjust this was for 669/ night It should be adjusted to the max rate of 429 that was on room inside door"

"Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full."

"Very lovely room with king bed and a nice view out the window. The bistro had excellent food, and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. Very enjoyable 2 nights"

"Would not stay there again, management keyed another individual to our room and gave access to it not 10 minute after we checked in. When called to rectify the situation blew it of to a simple mistake and never really apologized for it. Although the room was listed as non smoking the smell of old smoke could still be smelled in the room. I have stay Econolodges before and they have not been bad! This one should be looked at by corporate."

"Considering this is a RCI resort, I would have been disappointed with the cleaniness, comfort, communication or amenities if I had paid any more than what I found for a last minute deal on Expedia. Check in not great, dirty towels on floor in front of our room upon arrival and through our stay, game room couldn't be used by new stayers, definitely not able to sleep on sleeper sofa if more than young child. More than likely would not return."

"Condo was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. Hallways need to be freshened up. Even though it was the last weekend in June the pool and deck was not accessible."
