"The pillows were so small that i don't think if you put two together it would make regular pillow. We went and bought our own pillows otherwise it would have been a miserable night."

"Breakfast ended at 9:00am on BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. We were at a film festival that lasted until midnight both nights so we were not ready for breakfast until 9:00am but it was already closed. Ridiculous. Also, the cleaning personnel took all the dirty towels but did not replace the towels. Also half of one bed was made. Apparently the housekeeper was called out of room or took a personal reason to leave and never returned to finish the cleaning and replacement of towels. The office clerk said this has happened several times. Had to stay awake for an hour while office clerk did a load of towels. Ridiculous. "

" Close to arena for ASU graduation. Two graduated on the same day but different ceremonies. Walked over for first. Returned to hotel for lunch. Walked over for second. Never had to get in my car and fight traffic or long lines for lunch. Stayed three nights and enjoyed the grandchildren’s graduations. A mini stay-cation!"

"Newly opened in April of 2026. Very clean and new. Comfortable bed. Fluffy and soft pillows. Friendly staff. One low point is that Google Map misdirect us to a wrong property due to its newness which wasn't the hotel's fault. Just for your information, search for directions to Crocker Barrel and the hotel is right next door. However the staff had sent the corrections to Google. It should work. If not, search direction of Crocker Barrel near the hotel's location."

"Breakfast was not that great. I asked for a receipt and they wouldn't give me one. Fan in the bathroom runs all the time. But everything was very clean."

"The manager and person checking us in lack kindness. The hotel is beautiful and the person who creates the breakfast buffet was lovely. Maybe talk to those at the front desk about treating their guests like guests! "

"Room was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, motel food but good selection. Dog walking area was well kept and clean. Would stay here again with no hesitation. "

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was clean but had an off smell and a few sticky spots on the carpet. But nothing we couldn't handle. The breakfast was good too. Unfortunately the pool was down and that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It didn't say anything on the site when we booked about the pool being down. That would have been super helpful. But overall a good stay."
