Seagoe Hotel - Portadown
Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice, balcony bar really cosy. Only complaint is there was no rooms available with a bath.

Friendly and helpful staff from front of house to waiting staff. Warm welcoming atmosphere and a busy buzz . Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented.

Friendly staff
Nice hotel with friendly staff. The service was great and the room was a great size and very comfortable. My only negative is the very slow wifi speed in the hotel making it almost impossible to work from my room.

Easy to find, large well lit car park. Reception friendly and efficient. Long(ish) walk to room, but room itself high quality and comfortable. Dinner excellent, good range, tasty and staff helpful and attentive. Breakfast more limited and some delays (more staff needed?). But would recommend and use again.

Hotel is nice. Breakfast is ok. Service is slow. Rooms are a good size. We had a camp bed in our room. It was very small and not very comfortable. They had no spare pillow to give us! The corridors were very noisy at times at night. Beds themselves were very firm. Unfortunately poor night's sleep were had by all. Corridors had a very unpleasant smell

Recommend this one!
Highly recommended. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bathroom was really good with a great shower and a shelf for personal stuff. Restaurant was also very good.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Food choice good for Vegetarians & Vegans and delicious. Only downside was no EV charging facility.

Room was a good size, comfortable bed, good breakfast and Katarina on font desk was very professional Negatives were a broken window which meant we had to move to another room, indicating that no-one had checked or cleaned around the window area. The evening meal in the restaurant was terrible and to pay 15.95 for a Chicken Caesar salad which was like a starter was a rip off. Generally the place needs an upgrade as the carpets were worn and there was a slight lingering smell throughout the 1st floor

Good hotel, clean and comfortable, efficient staff. Easy book in with lovely receptionist. Only thing there were no feather pillows available, but that was only a minor point. Would book again

I know the Seagoe to be more than what it currently is. Understandably as with many places following Covid the hotel is struggling with staff. It needs a polish and shine overall. Having said that the food was very good and service wasn’t bad

Good location for family.
Lovely location central to both Craigavon and Portadown, beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. Family of 4, slight issue with beds in room for 4 person stay. Triple room with no 4th bed, no option highlighted on booking to get either an adjoining room booked or a camp bed which was £30 extra per night. Wasn’t accommodated by staff on this issue so we improvised and rearranged the room. Room was set for 2 people sharing and not 4. Towels, cups, glasses all set for two. Room was not fully cleaned, left overs left on floors from previous guests. However it was a pleasant stay, staff in breakfast/restaurant and bar staff were more than pleasant. Front of house would need some work on people skills. Compated to other hotels i have stayed in where we felt at ease and at home, this was far from that type of apporach from desk staff. Great location for family with young children as pleanty to do in surrounding areas. However children were told off for exploring quietly along corridor in hotel. People skills needs addressing. Overall a lovely place. Breakfast menu was amazing.

We totally enjoyed our stay. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is finished to a high standard and the new coffee dock looked fab (it wasnt open the day we were there). The bar has a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

This is clean and pleasant hotel, but perhaps a little soulless. There are clearly a number of people staying on business or at a conference. We chose it as a base for 2 nights from which to visit other destinations,

Nice short stay for business in area
Large, quiet comfortable room with nice bed and great shower (rain). Balcony bar dinner was great and breakfast was relaxed with cooked to order options.
